Parts are easily available but they charge almost the same amount as of new ones. Just $10 cheaper than a new part does not make it payless. I would rather but a brand new part from the dealers and pay them the original amount.

Amazing people. I looked everywhere in the usa and came up that no one had my fan clutch. I contacted Jeff and the next day he helped me find the fan clutch kit in my city. Thank you Jeff for all your help.

Top notch service and friendly owner who meets the costumers demands no matter what the circumstances are. Payless Truck Parts is very trustworthy. Overall, an awesome experience and would recommend to anyone and would come back for service.

Seems like a legit place to get truck parts and offers most used truck parts in all of BC. But all prices of used parts is priced as dealer prices Garbage experience and the owner is also very stuck up. Employees also have no knowledge of parts. Go somewhere else but not here I suggest Raj from Abbostford Used Truck & Parts.

Staff is very experienced, knowledgeable and very helpful specially the front counter. I had my truck engine replaced. Very fast and quick service. Had no issues. They listened to all my concerns regarding the engine and explained everything very well. I would recommend payless truck parts to everyone for truck engines and parts.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. We are way out in Toronto, On but were able to get correct part at very fair price from them. They had also helped us finding shipping/del services.

Went to Payless truck parts to fix my truck engine. I love this place. Great service, honest parts people and low parts price. I will be back for more parts. Thanks

Go to Coldstream Truck Parts in Vernon. Payless does not understand the difference in price between their used parts and new parts. They constantly try to rip you off with prices that exceed the cost new. It’s worth the drive and gas to avoid this slimey company.

I recently visited Payless to purchase a few parts.
My first impression was of a fast paced and clean business operation.
Although the staff were busy I was greeted in a friendly manner and asked if I would like to enter the yard to look for my own parts. I gladly accepted the offer to look around.
Holy moly they sure can fit a lot of inventory and trucks in the yard!
When I returned to the office a wonderful lady helped me locate my parts with a search tool on their website. It displayed the part info and a picture on a big screen at the front desk so we could confirm the items. That was a great tool indeed.
They found the parts I needed and we negotiated what I thought was very fair price. A sign was brought to my attention regarding their 14 day refund policy or credit on account beyond the 14 days, they did say they would happily exchange or replace the item within that time if it wasn't correct.
The owner was very knowledgeable and had such a positive attitude! I left with a smile on my face!
What a fun experience.
I will definitely stop here again, great savings, nice people.
