I have used Daryl (Abby PC doctor) on several occasions over the years. Among other things, Daryl has rebuilt and updated two computers for me. One was a Mac and the other a PC. Daryl is BRILLIANT! He did the work quickly and responsibly, and his pricing is very reasonable.

After bricking my Macbook Air, I went online to look for a repair tech and came across Abby PC Doctor and true to the reviews, Daryl is AMAZING! Extremely quick to respond and professional on the phone. Quoted me with a reasonable price so I dropped it off at his place and within 24 hours, my laptop is back in my hands and working FLAWLESSLY!

Daryl was awesome. He went above and beyond for me. Repaired my broken laptop and completely cleaned the inside and outside (without me asking him to do so). Great service at a very reasonable rate. Job was completed within one day. Highly recommend for any of your computer needs.

I've given Abby PC Doctor five stars, and a written recommendation. I made an online purchase of a new desktop computer. My wife runs an old 1920 x 1080 HD monitor, and I wanted her to enjoy the "4K" visual experience. Buying a suitable 4K monitor was easy. However; I did my best to ensure that the new desktop had a graphics card strong enough to run 4K. No gaming; just videos; etc. So.we received the items. Hmmm. I still needed reassurance that the desktop ran 4K. (I did do my research.) I "let my fingers do the walking, " and asked Daryl if the desktop I bought (online!) had 4K capability.

Over two calls; he spent at least fifteen minutes diligently searching for the information I needed. There are several kinds of Radeon R5 graphics cards. However-which series is it? The answer will tell us if the desktop runs 4K. Acer couldn't help. Nothing online. Nothing in the manual; or listed on the box.

My deepest thanks to Daryl. He was busy; but didn't push me off the phone. He dug deeply; but was unable to find the elusive answer. This level of customer service is hard to find these days. If you need the services of a computer repair shop; Daryl at Abby PC Doctor will give you "five star" service. Thank you again Daryl! Much appreciated.

I bought a used HP touch screen laptop off line and it was great. Ran well, Graphics were amazing, pretty much a perfect fall around laptop for exactly what I needed. I went to bed watching Netflix on it and woke up the next day closing the lid. After being out all day I opened her up whni got home and low and behold there was a blue screen asking me for the administrator password. I tried all the ones that I had created and none of them worked. I looked up the problem and it was looking like it was something that was out of my skill level. I hoped on my phone and googled computer repair guys. I found Daryl aka Abby PC Doctor. He was very friendly on the phone and said he would more than likely be able to fix the issue and for what I though was a very reasonable price. It was also nice because this was a Sunday and he still answers his phone and even said I could drop it off up until 8pm that night. I tried but ended up having to go home due to a address mix up. He was kind enough to come to me and pick it up. Here’s the kicker though, it had snowed and the roads were horrible. The customer service he provided was above and beyond. That and he did it all at no extra cost. He only had it a day and had it figured out. We arranged to have me pick it up the next day and he took a e-transfer which made the whole experience super easy and very convenient. I would highly recommend him for your computer needs and give him the highest of scores on all aspects.
