PCE Currency Exchange

Showed up at 6: 22pm on a Friday evening. Door closed/locked, nobody home, ‘open’ sign extinguished. All despite their store hours sign displaying that they are ‘open’ until 7: 30pm on Friday.

Very disappointed, will never come here again, only giving a 1 star review because 0 was not an option.

Does not have best rate, worse than bank. Ex today hsbc is 1.261215, Happy is 1.275, their website rate is 1.2755 but their counter rate is 1.25 (1.57% less) This is not the first time their rate is worse than website but being worse than banks is a diff matter. I told them that and asked they match the best rate but they say they will not for cash transactions only for bigger transactions not involving cash. Stick w Happy or your bank for better rates

Don't waste your time.says it's open on Sunday, drove all the way out and door is locked no one around

I have been to this place twice. The first time was great. Got my USD and headed off to Vegas! The 2nd time I went they didn't have any USD (or what they had was spoken for) and the clerk told me they were getting more in a couple days and he would take my name and number and call me when it came in. I never heard from him. Took my business over to Happy Currency in Central at Garden City and have never been disappointed by them.

Be careful here. They advertise one rate but will give you a much, much lower rate if you forget to ask. No receipts either.

Website rate is misleading. At counter they always quote you a worse rate than their website rate, even though we checked both at the same time.

Best rates in town.
They will beat any competitor.
Always go here for any exchange and they carry every currency.

My favourite place to exchange Mexican peso and US dollars, they have the best rate in Richmond. No need to wait in the line. Normally just call them to have the money ready for me to pick it up. And the best part is they have free parking at back.

So frustrating 9: 30 am supposed to be open never open on time ‍️ They open 11: 00 11: 30 12: 00 anytime they want. ‍️‍️

Very bad experience with this store: my partner went there 2 days ago and wanted to buy CAD by Chinese dollar, they said the rate is. 1805 but they don't have enough CAD (about 3000 CAD), asked my partner come back next day, my partner came back next day, they still don't have enough CAD, came back again yesterday they gave. 1750 rate, partner didn't know the rate is not fair and made the deal, but I called every currency exchange store after, rate is around $. 1805 at that time Jun. 20,3: 45pm, in their website: they guarantee their rate is the best. I called the store back, they said: too bad, you made the deal.
There are many currency exchange places near that area, don't go to this store
