PD Nails Mission

Went with a wedding party last week. My friend was pressured by her nail tech to change colours last minute and then refused to add requested details.she said her nails were done and there was no option to glue gems on. However I my tech graciously did it to my nails. (we wanted to match our look for the wedding). It left my friend feeling rushed and not happy with the results.

They were able to fit us in same day at the time I wanted, and my pedicure was excellent. Great service and attention to detail.

Brought my two daughters and 2 granddaughters. All 5 of us got pedicures. They did a great job and were really good with my grand daughters. 7 & 8 years old. Great experience, and I will bring them all back.

Been going to this place for years, and my nails and pedis are always top notch. Mina and Cindy are always innovative with nail designs, and Tina gives the best massages for pedicures. She really takes her time massaging tired feet. Don't hesitate to go here. Wonderful service.

Unprofessional, not helpful, didn’t offer help when asked for colours, i had no knowledge of colours but i was asked to choose the powder colour from the storage shelf where more than 50 colours were kept together, shown photo to 2 different individuals but still asked me to pick. I was asked prior to the appointment to come and show the photo to cross check if the colour i chose is available. I felt like leaving then I didn’t want to sound dramatic in front of others. All i want to say I will never ever go here. I recently moved to mission and i know the nail salon i have gotten service from they are highly professionals and always extended help towards customers to choose if they don’t know the colour. Now i am gonna get them done again from somewhere i know will help me to find my choice.

PD is my absolute favourite and the only nail salon to go to I have been going for over 8 years and the staff are talented and wonderful. ️

This place was clean and most, of the workers were nice. But my lady did not like life. I would go back but I would ask for someone different.

Always a great experience and a great job! They also last forever and I am clumsy and active. Always get fit in within a reasonable amount of time

First time at PD Nails and we were extremely satisfied. I am a huge guy with huge feet and they went above and beyond to accommodate me and my fiancé. Highly recommended. Clean, bright with a good atmosphere, everything you could possibly want getting your nails done. We will be back.

I went here for the first time on Sunday for a shellac pedicure. I was cut by a tool she used to scrape the feet. It stung a lot but didn’t show much during. The nail polish application was okay but there was two different women working on them. Less than 12 hours later the polish on one toe started to peel up, and there was a scratch on another nail. It was annoying but whatever, they offered to have me come in and fix it. I thought it was just the polish that was somehow peeling up but they told me it was my entire toenail. They said that I must have kicked or hit something with that toe, that there’s no way the nail would rip off like that from a pedicure. I’m certain I have not kicked anything. I’ve had many shellac pedicures and I find they make my nails stronger for longer. I think that the nail must have been cut and filed in a way that weakened it. When I told another woman about the cut on my foot from the pedicure, she looked concerned and went to find my information in the schedule book. But then she never came back so I left. Now my toenail is being held on by some nail glue and they’re trying to convince me that this is my fault. Somehow I think I would remember hitting my toe hard enough for the nail to rip off.

The tools and carts weren’t very clean either.

I am always very happy at PD Nails. Mina is the owner and she is amazing. The shop is clean and bright. So relaxing and service is amazing. I have tried many places and have had some awful experiences. I have been coming to PD Nails in Mission for 8 years now and even if I moved I would still come back here ️

Ive been a client for a few years now and still love this place! I go every few weeks to see Mina and get a fill and change up my colors. Her artistry is amazing every single time I go. Reasonable in price and their quality is great. My nails look great much longer than other places in the past have done. I love how they always make sure I'm happy before I walk about the door!

I usually go all the way to highstreet for a pedicure but because of the weather I thought I would try PD nails. I was extremely disappointed with the lady doing my pedicure. She was rude, had zero personality, acted like she didn’t want to be there and honestly I felt like she wasn’t a fan of my race. I asked her for cat eye on my toes and made excuses, they she did my white polish which wasn’t even the white I asked for and it was all clumpy. I am a nail tech myself but I don’t do pedicures. The owner came and looked and tried to say it was my natural nails that were bumpy lololol. Never had that issue at house of polish for the last 10 years. Then she proceeded to put glitter on to cover it up. She put top coat on and then filed it down and putt it on again? Which I am not sure why? I do NOT recommend this place whatsoever. They need to practice their customer service skills and hire staff that actually want to be there.

I have been seeing Cindy for about a year and been happy with her work. All the sudden they stopped answering my calls to make an appointment. Then finally when they did, I was refused service. I was accused of being picky after a year! I don't call it picky if I notice my nails are not the same length or the design I was told can be done was not. Either way I never complained and was very generous with my tips. I just find this outrageous and so unprofessional how they handed the situation. Poor management!

I grew my own finger nails out so long to get them shellacked and she trimmed them so short: (was disappointed. Other than that I was satisfied. Pedicure was great.

I have been to this nail salon a couple times, I have went back because the work they do is great but the establishment itself is horrible. The staff is not friendly at all, other than one or two ladies. Yesterday I brought my niece's in for 2 manicures and made a appointment for myself today. I tried calling 7 times to let them know I was stuck in traffic behind a mother vehicle accident (not my fault) and when the phone would answer I could not hear anything (their fault). I was 15 minutes late for something that was out of my control and I couldn't let them because THIER phone was not working properly. When I got there I explained that I had called 7 times to let them know there was a accident and they paid no attention, she just kept saying " don't have time for full set" over and over again and i get that, I was 15 minutes late and they have other appointments but there is so many other nicer ways to go about it and even suggesting another time would've been more helpful, her whole demeanor was rude. Yet there was 2 people sitting at a bail station doing nothing? Anyways, like I said at the beginning the work they do is great, buuuuuttttt they have poor customer service.

Friendly, efficient, clean. Everyone wears masks, employees wear gloves and use new tools each time.

I love going to PD Nails. Once you go a few times the girls become like family to you. Very caring, clean and professional.

Lovely staff, I have been going here regularly since they first opened maybe 5? Years ago. They do very good work.

Best nail salon ever! All of the workers are so sweet and they never disappoint:) i enjoy getting my nails done by Leo but any of them are great. Leo is really nice and does such a great job!

They don't listen to their customers, then blame customer. I went in for a fill. Showed tech my nails & said I want the same just different color (pink) & showed him colour. He made many mistakes (nails to short, uneven, sharp, curved) & not give me what I asked for & when I addressed it, ALL the ladies started acting aggressively saying my nails were fine, nothing wrong & it was my fault because I didn't tell the tech powder instead of polish (they used polish instead of powder for fill)

I have gone to this place in the past & now I remember why I stopped.

Recommendation for the owner of this establishment is to give the same respect too their paying customers they demand & stop making excuses when u & or your staff make mistakes. Own them instead of getting defensive & embarrassing people. All this & they still charged me $50. I will not be back.

Best nails salon in mission. Always very busy so make sure you have time in case they do run behind on time. (Its worth the wait!)
Tried every nail salon in mission & a few in surrey, but found this one to be the best where I don't leave annoyed or dissatisfied. I see Cindy or Christina.
Also heard Mina does amazing work too.

For my first time here I was very impressed! My tech took extra time to ensure my nails were done well and were solid. Very happy with the result!

I booked an appointment for 2 of us girls at 5: 15 today to get our acrylics filled, they did not have us in until 5: 40. My friend chose to get the same colour and designs she got the first time we went to PD Nails. They then told her, her nails were going to cost $65! To get acrylic fills it costs $40. The woman doing my nails left my acrylics looking like blocks. The woman knew she messed up and made them too thick but then continued to put more polish on knowing she messed up. My friend told me that she had to pay $60 dollars for her nails, we didn’t bring $60 because we went off knowing they would be $40 for a fill. The two women doing our nails then continued to laugh at us and make fun of us in Vietnamese about us not having enough money. They knew we could not speak the same language so they thought it was okay to talk bad knowing we would not understand? Little did they know my friend is half Vietnamese and understands the language! I’m very disappointed and would recommend if you are made of diamonds!

I want to mention that the first time I went PD Nails I was very impressed with my nails, the service could have been better. But we wanted to go back and get fills.that’s where it went downhill. I did not lie about someone talking bad about my friend overhearing your conversations about us. If you cannot handle the backlash you simply should not talk bad.i

I booked an appointment for today and went in to have a full set of gel nails done. Unfortunately I was put with someone who with her own mouth told me she did not like using gel and didn't really know how to do it. The surface of the nails are lumpy and mostly flat on top while there are short bumps and see-through spots of polish because the layers were not done evenly. Why would you put someone with a nail technician who admits to the client part way through they do not know what they are doing with builder gel? I paid $63 plus a tip for garbage nails. I will not be returning to have this corrected by the shop because when I tried to call and leave a message for them, the voicemail is full yet again. I'm fully concerned it would happen again. I would not recommend this shop purely because of this. I am not the confrontational type of person and I had to get to an appointment otherwise I would have been complaining big time. I now have to go somewhere else and pay even more to get this mess fixed.

Been going to PD since last September and won't go anywhere else! Always polite, fast and do a great job!

Wife loved it. Staff were good and quality is great. Prices were where I expect them for a place like this.

My experience there was horrible. My nails were fine. But I got Christine to do eyelash extensions and she put glue on eyelids. It was a horrible experience. When I made mention to owner she asked my daughter in law to ask me not to come back to her business. So folks it's like the soup natzie. Don't complain

Absolutely the worst customer service. Was told because I did not have them done there.they were unable to do a repair. Of course I said I understand I will be paying for them and yet they still refused.

Unfortunately I been to the place three times and they never are available for drop in. So I guess I just stop going!
