It's quite nice. There are relatively few people there. Many of them are Sikh tourists.

If you come to Canada and Vancouver but don’t have time to apply for a US visa and want to see the United States, this is the best place.

Peace Arch Provincial Park is a picturesque cross-border haven that seamlessly blends natural beauty with historical significance. With its iconic white arch and manicured gardens, it symbolizes the peaceful relationship between Canada and the United States. Whether you're strolling through the park, enjoying a picnic, or simply taking in the international vibe, Peace Arch Provincial Park offers a unique outdoor experience where nature and diplomacy meet.

I witnessed a son meeting his parents after 9 years in this park. That was worth to watch. There are no barriers and no checking. It's an awesome place to make people from both countries meet without any restrictions.

Awesome park, nice to relax on a sunny weekend. Interesting for those visiting Canada and want to see the US border. No slides or swings but a lot of open green space to play around for kids and some scenic picture spots.

We entered via Canada. There are no signs what so ever until the border for the Peace Arch Park, we read a lot on the net about where to park, and BC Parks sites says " The parking lot for Peace Arch Park is situated on Semiahmoo First Nation land. BC Parks subleases the parking lot from Semiahmoo for public use". But maps shows a different location for the parking which is 37 min away from the Peace park walking. Because we didnt want to enter USA we tried to be careful.long story short, when u teach the little square continue following up Peace Arch Border sign, there are 3 lanes, the 2 on the left which are also busy and have a queue, those are Border lines, the one on the right goes to the parking for the park. You can park there and enter the park walking.a few things to note "Only use pedestrian crosswalks" do not walk on the rail roads, and have a form of Canadian ID with you as there are patrols all over the park, they didn't check us.there are toilets on both sides, lots of seating areas and and a couple of water eatery on Canada end. Def enjoyed the park a lot.thank you to the association that made it back in 1947!

SIGNS! Put up more signs before the last turn! Not enough signs to avoid crossing to the US if you don't intended to do it in the first place. Only one sign saying that is the last turn but if you are driving alone you can easily pass it as you are reading it. Once you pass it there's no way back!

It was a great experience to go to Peace Arch Provincial Park! We get to be in two countries (Canada & USA) at the same time. The park has a wide area to play, have a picnic and take pictures. We enjoyed our time there.

People were rude there. They yelled at my brothers for playing tag in a park once, I know not ALL Canadians are mean but it was a bad first experience there at Canada.

This is my first time here. It’s a very open and relaxing place. You can have a picnic and barbecue.

When we were traveling in Vancouver, my father suggested that we should go to the US-Canada border. We are an island country surrounded by sea and have no neighboring countries, so we decided to go to the Peace Arch International Park. This is a prairie with green grass, and roads on both sides lead to the United States and Canada. Interestingly, there are long queues in the direction of the United States, but it is smooth sailing to Canada.
Because it is a border, the park's characteristic is that the designs of Canada and the United States are consistent, and each shows its own characteristics. Because the weather is very good and the temperature is moderate, we stayed in this park for two hours and walked from Canada to the United States, driving many cars along the way. Beautiful flowers, finally stepping on the soil of the two countries, ending this trip. People can be seen having picnics and barbecues on the grass, and there are also venues for exclusive parties. If you want to have a micro trip, this is an attraction you can choose, suitable for both young and old. Visited here on 2033/08/24.

Very nice place to visit in summer mostly, lots of flowers with different colours and sizes

CAUTION, this is the Canadian portion of the park. Beautiful park but if you're coming from US you'll cross the border

The Provincial Park on the Canadian side is jointly operated with Peach Arch Stare Park on the USA. Visitors from either side of the border are able to enter the park, cross the border, and freely explore within the two parks’ boundaries without needing to go through and customs/immigration checkpoints. Bring your passport and/or Real ID in case any border patrol agents ask to see your documentation.

We take for granted that the US and Canada are peaceful neighbors, but that wasn't always so, and I can think of a couple of neighboring countries that are less than peaceful. I also can't help but think of how this contrasts with the other end of I-5, Being able to wander back and forth between two countries like one can here is no small thing.
I also appreciate how beautiful this place is and what a good job BC has done in maintaining this park. It is well worth the visit, no matter what side of the border you come from.
Do watch where you park. If you make the first left into the Duty-Free shop parking, you will have to go to the United States, and all the fun going through a US border crossing entails. Also, if you do park in the actual lot, note that you can make a left turn on BC 99, even if it isn't marked. That's at the second carriageway, of course.

Beautiful park and absolutely stunning views! Please visit the park as you will not regret it.
P. S. - The parking gate closes after 8 p.m. Please don't get your car stuck in there or you have to pay for a security patroller to come open it for you and it takes time as well.

Splendid park, make sure to have proper documentation on you like passport, PR card, valid worker permit, etc showing legal status of the country you're coming from.

It was the first time I came to Hepingmen Park after the epidemic, and I still like the grassy grass and brocade flowers here, and I can freely shuttle on both sides of the gate.

There's a no left turn sign as you exit the park. Absolutely make a left turn there, otherwise you will end up at the border crossing with no way to turn back to Canada. If you don't have your passports with you, and why would you if you weren't planning to go to the US, and you accidentally end up at the border, US border agents will take your photo and fingerprints and generally take forever processing you before letting you turn back to Canada. Ridiculous. We don't even want to enter the US. The whole ordeal took an hour before we were allowed to turn back to Canada.

It's been almost two years since I arrived in Canada and I always had the desire to visit the Peace Arch Park, which is on the border between Canada and the United States.

Seeing the peace and tranquility that exists on this border and recognizing it only by the obelisks installed in the street, I can't help but think how different it is, compared to the border between Mexico and the United States.

Could it be that one day there will be arches and obelisks that unite our countries instead of walls that divide them?
