My experience was great made me feel absolutely comfortable and made me actually feel like they cared for my well being and not like a patient or a number trying to get business went above and beyond the call of duty for me so good words don't even describe it Other then try it for your self to know what I mean. So thanks again.

From the minute I walked in the door I was greeted with a warm hello and a smile. The ladies at the reception were polite, attentive and friendly!
they seemed to honestly enjoy their job… Dr Spitz was patient when explaining what he was doing, answered my many questions and gave me his undivided attention.
I called the day before for an emergency appointment and not being a patient of the office I was completely surprised when I was given a next day appointment!
I’m not the biggest fan of dentists.not really sure who is but, Dr Spitz made sure multiple times that I was comfortable, even made me laugh! Which I have never done at the dentist before!
110% recommend this office and because of the positive experience that I had, I will definitely be a returning customer

I have went to this Dentist Office my entire life. Over the years some staff has come and gone, but the service has always been excellent. Everyone is very friendly.

I am thankful I decided to choose this dental office, after a few bad experiences elsewhere here I was valued and taken seriously and got the dental work I needed done because they put so much support into me being capable of sitting in the chair. Thanks for squeezing me in! I had stitches from a bone graft done by a Vancouver Dr. They didn't seem to all dissolve or something and were dangling in my mouth driving my nut for about a week. Thanks for pulling them out Dr. Eng, it's much better now.

The dentist pulled a molar with a crown. Let me listen to my music with headphones which helped block out noise. I think I’ll keep them as dentists.

Always a pleasant experience even if the reason is not quite as pleasant. They make it comfortable.

Had four wisdom teeth removed via surgery on Saturday and had some concerns. Was fit in immediately for a quick check up and patched up right away. Always professional and courteous, great place to have any work done.

Today saw Dr Brooke and between him and his assistant I had the best experience and pain free I have ever had in 55 years. I'm one who basically has a mini panic attacks just calling the dentist office. My root canal done this visit was flawless even though it needed 2 injections to freeze. I wish I got his assistant's name but she was fantastic in her work and she made my experience the best ever.
Both you two should win an award for best professionalism.

When I was getting a tooth pulled, I was feeling pain from not having enough freezing. I told the dentist about this issue before starting the appointment. When the procedure was taking place I was feeling pain and was trying to express that to the dentist as he was pulling, grinding and cutting I couldn’t get any words out but they could see my discomfort out of frustration and pain I yelled *uck and raised my hands in the air. I was only met by the dentist telling me I needed to “stop swearing as there was children in the office”. After the appointment I was not told anything about after care or even spoke to by the dentist. It was a horrible experience I will not be back. Its like they didn’t believe me about the freezing. What a horrible feeling of fear, pain and discomfort.

A great dental office: the staff are awesome and make for a good experience. I am usually reluctant to talk about this place and Dr. Brook, who is fabulous, because I don't want to have everyone know and come in. The wait to get in is sometimes long, but I am OK with it because of the great work done here!

Very kind, thoughtful and respectful staff. A soothing atmosphere that is clean and comfortable.

My husband and I are traveling from Southern California around the country. We were coming down from Alaska and a temporary tooth that was being prepared for implant process came out. (front tooth-extra anxiety) Dr. Mark Spitz at the Peace Country Dental Clinic and his front staff and able assistant were able to do a remarkable job of getting me in for evaluation, securing the tooth and giving me strategies to keep tooth till we get home. We can't say enough about the kind reception we received and the professional treatment I received. Thank You Staff.
