Our experience with Peace of Mind Plumbing was 5 stars from start to finish. They promptly responded to my online quote request, followed up to discuss service and book appointment within 24 hours. The technician fully explained the service, equipment he was using and provided a full debrief after the service was complete. Highly recommend this company for your duct cleaning needs!

Check your invoice.
They sent invoice declaring
“1x $424”, with an incorrect description of “up to 15 vents including 2 returns”.
That description should, as their website states, have cost only $329.
I did however agree to extra drier vent cleaning for an on- site verbal price of $80. That would bring us to $409, not $424. Not the biggest deal- so I explained this to the man on the phone (I presume a Mr Simpson), who then corrected the amount after he said his technician said to charge extra? No explanation as to what for, and no apology.
He then pressed me for an e-transfer asap, to which I at first agreed, but, as I was helping an acquaintance have this service done, I felt it was better that he pay for the service rather than myself, and told Mr Simpson (SA) so.
He became very angry and accused me of “playing games”, even though I pointed out to him that their website clearly showed accepted payment by cheque up to 15 days from invoice which I said would be honoured.
When he added multiple uses of “damn” into his professional customer relations vocabulary I hung up on him.
If it wasn’t for this surprisingly rude man on the phone (Mr Simpson?), I would have rated the company quite high, as the tech was very polite and did a good job.

The young gentleman who came in to clean our ducts and vents was super friendly and respectful. He did a great job and I couldn't have asked for a better service.

Very thorough cleaning of all ductwork.
Amazing how much dust etc.came out of the system. Price was great, arrived on time and worked hard getting it done well.

I had water leak because of boiler. They came to my place right away and was able to fix everything efficiently. The price is very reasonable comparing to others.

I am more than pleased with the service provided. Adrian puts you at ease immediately. He absolutely knows what he is doing and how to do it professionally and honestly. No wonder he is so fully booked.
I would not call any other plumber for any future needs. I am glad that he is recommended to me.

Like I do with most service providers, I checked online reviews and selected the three companies with the highest reviews that were nearest to me and Peace of Mind Plumbing was one of those companies.
The other two businesses I spoke with were professional and had fair pricing but Adrian at Peace of Mind Plumbing stood out as the one who went above and beyond when it came to providing me with advice on the proper maintenance of my water heater and providing me with the best comprehensive fixed price quote for my replacement water heater.
I recommend Adrian highly and I can see why he chose this name for his company because I was left with peace of mind knowing that I have a trustworthy business to rely on when plumbing or heating concerns arise.

Curtis was amazing! I called S&C Mechanical to see if I could get some pipes moved closer to the wall as I had a kitchen install in 3 days. Not only was Curtis there at the time advised (next day) but he was polite, professional, cleaned up and was finished in under the time advised! What more could someone want? ! I would definitely recommend this company as well as you them in the future! Thanks S&C!
