The one receptionist there is so rude it's actually depressing how some people can be towards people they don't even know.

I showed up just after 8am for a driver’s medical. Even with the waiting room nearly full, I waited under an hour to see the doctor. I didn’t get her name but she was great, I wish she was taking on patients! Got my medical done, signed the form and off I went, all in less than an hour and a half! Only $100 for the medical, too (for comparison a clinic in west k charges $180 cash only). The ladies working the front desk were lovely as well

It was a fairly long wait to see a doctor (about 3 hours) but that's to be expected after Christmas. The receptionists were friendly and when I finally saw the doctor, he was excellent! Very thorough and sent me home with everything I needed. Everyone was accommodating of my service dog also. They were managing a lot of people; walk-ins, scheduled appointments and phone calls. It was a positive experience overall.

Little capacity for patients and limited access times. It's a 'get here at opening and line up for the day'.
