Darren helped me out from a jamb. The original company I hired had moved out of the lower mainland between the time I started my permitting process to ready for install. Darren was able to take over my project working with my existing engineer.
From quote to install and post service he was professional, friendly and fully certified (red-sealed).
I have a uncommon dual system - regular floor system and an alternative solution water curtain system - Darren was able to work with my engineer and the permit process to ensure everything was installed correctly and tested.
He was a pleasure to work with especially as I had specific requirements for drilling and line locations as well as flow throughs. He was able to work with me and areas where he needed to do different he explained technical requirements and what I would need to do on my end for framing to make it work and look good after drywall (ie.bulk head on water curtain).
He was also the only company that recommended during the quoting process a few different very practical and cost effective solutions for my extra garage heads in an unheated space.
Really happy Darren did my sprinkler install and even the flow testing laboratory was impressed with his work!

I used Peak Fire Protection for my annual fire inspection for the first time and was very pleased with the experience. Darren showed up when he said he would and completed the inspection in short order, He pointed out a couple areas where we could improve and that was valuable. His invoice was more than fair. Will definitely use Peak Fire Protection again.
