Maybe this place deserves 5 stars. But I can't give you a more accurate account of this clinic because I couldn't even get past the receptionist. It was my first time calling and I had questions about the process dealing with insurance coverage (I didn't want any surprises when/if I eventually walked in the door). She wasn't necessarily rude per-say, as she was just unhelpful, uncaring, and condescending to boot. If you're having a bad day, and/or just don't have enough experience/knowledge to deal with new clients in a professional/insightful fashion; perhaps you shouldn't be answering the phones. On the plus side I got to say I'm happy someone at least answered the phone lol. These days it seems increasingly difficult just to talk to a human being, albeit a grumpy one.

Have had really great experiences here with multiple chiros, RMTs and acupuncture. Love that it's all under the same roof. They have late appointments which work for me too

This place is amazing. The combination massage was very much needed. I didn’t realize how tight my body was until the session was over. I took the massages during my pregnancy period and it was not only body relaxing but soul relaxing. I highly recommend Dee Sran. She has magic in her hands.

I love Peak Valley, I’ve been seeing Dr. Ryan Kegler as my regular chiropractor and Cathy for my acupuncture. They are very professional and knowledgeable. The clinic was spotless and I felt very safe with the protocols they have in place for Covid-19. I would highly recommend trying them out. Book ahead as they book up fast! Very accommodating, parking is good, clean office, friendly and helpful staff!

I highly recommend Peak Valley! They have helped me and my daughter recover after an accident. They are very professional, careful with covid, and they want nothing more than to help you so you are back on your feet feeling 100% again! I will continue coming here for all our needs.

I highly recommend Peak Valley Active Health, my entire family including my 4 year old have been going to this clinic on a regular basis for over 2 years. Dr. Stef & Dr. Ryan have different styles of treating patients but they are both amazing at what they do. We also have regular massages in the clinic as well and highly recommend Jaclyn (their other therapists are also very reputable and always booked very far in advance) Overall we have always had a positive experience and quite often their office goes above and beyond to treat their patients!

Great place great staff I recommend it. I traveled from east abbotsford to here because I found the services to be outstanding.

Tyler Bancroft RMT is amazing. I've been seeing him consistently 1-2 times a week to deal with my chronic pain issues for over a month now, I can say with no doubt in my mind that I would be suffering immensely without his care and expertise. I suffer from sports injuries and chronic tension from a high stress office job and Tyler is able to navigate all my concerns in such an easy and professional manner. I'm someone who's usually very uncomfortable with male RMT's, but Tyler has a way of putting you at ease (even when you're in pain) and making the time fly by. My quality of life has definitely improved since I started receiving treatments from him. Highly recommend!

Dr. Ryan Kegler runs a very awesome clinic here. I've been seeing Ryan for about half a year now and I've found Ryan to be incredibly honest, trustworthy, professional and effective. Ryan is also available on short notice for adjustments required. I've noticed a SIGNIFICANT improvement in my back and neck pain after 1-2 sessions. I have no issues whatsoever recommending the services of Dr. Ryan Kegler to anyone who requires a good chiropractor.

Good place with decent service. Dr. Ryan (Chiro) will not only align and "crack" your problem parts but will also tell you of motions amd exercises that you can do for that body part that's bugging you. Also, people here are pleasant.

Terrible customer service! DO NOT GO HERE. They flat out refused my business for an ICBC claim because they only have one therapist. Worst business model ever if they care about getting more business!

I've been getting massage therapy done for the last 5 years and have seen multiple RMT's in that time. I must say, Debbie is hands down the best RMT I've ever been treated by. I drive all the way out from Mission to see her. She is incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. We end each appointment with Debbie giving me tips to get through the week (I get bad headaches). I highly recommend her to anyone struggling with headaches and back tension. My headaches are basically gone; her treatments make a huge positive impact on my daily life.

I get really awful back aches from some old injuries and sitting at a desk all day. Today I was in desperate need of pain relief and was so happy to be able to get in right after work for an adjustment. I left feeling so much better and was able to go out an enjoy the remainder of my day much more comfortably without having to cancel my plans. Thank you so much Dr. Ryan Kegler for your help!

Very professional but also warm and welcoming. He will tell you what's happened, what he's doing to fix it and how to help prevent this from continuing. Doesn't push you to do a appointment every week, he lets you chose when you want to come back. 100% recommend.

Been going to see Steph for about 2 years and what great treatment. I have had to see a chiro for about 10 years now, But i always had to have constant appointments every few months. Now since i switched i have Peak Valley i have felt great for 5-7 months between visits. Whatever she does it just works.

Ryan was great! Had a crack in my back that I couldn't get rid of, and he cracked it in our first session and my back has felt great since! Was my first time going to a chiropractor and Peak Valley put any uneasiness I had at rest.

Stefanie is awesome, super knowledgeable and very helpful. Listens to all of your problems and works towards manageable solutions. Overall great experience.
