Peddles and Paddles offered us amazing customer support-from the beginning, patiently answering my many questions with warmth and kindness, to the end, while helping me search for my lost car keys with compassion. We highly recommend this place! There are many beautiful coves to explore, especially if you're kayaking with kids who are curious about the ocean bottom, where we were able to see many sea stars of all colours and crabs scuttling about. And very reasonable rates too! Thank you for everything!

My son recently participated in a kayak camp through school with Pedals & Paddles. On the way home he lost a valuable item and Laurie from Pedals & Paddles was so kind to retrieve it and make sure it got home to us safely. We are beyond grateful to Laurie - thank you!

Very kind and helpful staff, be sure to admire the wall of crocs during your visit. Reasonable prices and they provide you with a map and a dry bag to hold your valuables. Will be returning!

Wonderful experience renting a sea kayak to travel up the Sechelt inlet. Charming hosts and top quality equipment. Why this inlet is not packed with more tourists I have no idea, it is heaven on Earth and Pedals&Paddles make it so easy!

Our 6 year old took part in the kid's camp and absolutely loved it. I was amazed seeing all these kids (presumably many in a kayak for the first time) hop in, pick up their paddles and go off on an amazing 3 hour adventure on the water. She returned to the shore energized and excited to paddle and kayak again soon. The staff were all fantastic, easy to talk to and friendly, great with the kids. The location is beautiful. We'll definitely return.

My experience with pedals and paddles was fantastic! Everyone who works there is so friendly and helpful. We arranged our trip last minute and they worked really hard to sort kayaks out for us, their communication and timeliness was excellent.

My wife and I had Matt as our tour guide this weekend. He was super patient with beginners like us and explained to us about all the cool ocean organisms that were present. I was stunned how many crabs, fish and sea stars that were present. Plus sea otters unique birds came around the area we were kayaking.

We rented both canoes and kayaks from Pedals & Paddles twice this summer. The service was excellent, the equipment is in great condition, the staff were super knowledgeable and friendly, and their options to help you out if stranded gave us that extra confidence that was so appreciated. We will be back for sure!

Run by a group of super genuine, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I did my first kayak camping thanks to them, highly recommended!
