Not surprised to see the existing reviews are 5/5. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The bikes are fast and have a long lasting battery.

Great location and a good selection of well maintained bikes. What makes this place special is the staff who are helpful and friendly.

Johnny and his staff went above and beyond excellent customer service with our group. What an amazing couple hours biking along Kal Lake and swimming in the beautiful water. They were so accommodating and weren't even upset I used half a battery because I never touched the pedals. #allthrottle. Thanks Pedego Oyama. What a day.

Amazing 3 hr ride from Oyama to Coldstream! Pedago Electeic ride was perfect, what an awesome experience! Bikes were so easy to ride, while enjoying the breathtaking scenery! A must to do on YOUR BUCKET LIST!

SO FUN! Pedego Oyama is conveniently located close to the Rail Trail so transition from renting your bike to having fun on it is easy. The bikes were in excellent condition, instructions were thorough and the staff super friendly. The Rail Trail offers a vehicle free ride along the lake plus yummy lunch options are right beside Pedego Oyama when you bring your bike back. Add a refreshing jump in the lake along the way and its a perfect day in the Okanagan.

Very friendly staff. Good quality bikes. We booked a full day, were back an hour early and only had to pay for half a day.

Easy process and made the rail trail so much fun! It’s hard to ride your bike on those hot days so the ebikes make it amazing!

My friend and I reserved our bikes for 3 hours. My friend has experience with electric bikes, for me, it was my first experience. Check in was quick and easy, as was the checkout. Staff were warm and friendly. The bike operations were explained to us and time was given to try them out. The rental company was excellent, the bikes were fully operational making for a very positive time!

We really enjoyed riding the e-bikes we rented from Pedego, The shop is steps from the Okanagan rail trail, which is very picturesque and fund to ride. The Pedego staff were very friendly, professional and helpful, we would highly recommend them and we hope to be back one day.

The staff are super friendly, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to chat with. The Staff had both our bikes and baby carriage set up and ready to go for us prior to our arrival. This was our first time renting electric bikes and we had a great experience with Pedego Oyama! They were so friendly and helpful. The bikes were in great condition and worked perfectly - they go fast! The location right next to the Rail Trail and the ride up the lake can't be beat.

We took the bikes for a test ride as we don't know much about ebikes. We absolutely loved riding the bike. Definitely want one now! The staff were wonderful. We weren't pressured to purchase, and she took her time explaining and demonstrating instructions. It was a good experience.
