Pedi natural spa & nails

It was my 3rd visit and very professional, skilled Chi made me relax and my shellack nails lasted for a month looking great!

The place was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. The service was good. The only disappointing item for me is that there’s a misunderstanding about the service I ordered versus what I got. I ended paying more than what I expected. So make sure you understand their service menu.
Other than that, I’d recommend this place and I plan to try their facial and head massage.

Went for my first time today for a pedi. What a great place my girl Hanah did a beautiful job. Can hardly wait to go back.

Wow, wow, wow! 10 plus for this gem of a salon. From the minute my girlfriend and I walked in, it was nothing but red carpet service! Beautiful Chi did my pedicure and did she ever spoil me! Her attention to detail is beyond!
The atmosphere, the top notch pedicure and service is the best of the best!
Can't wait to go back!

I want to tell EVERYBODY just how happy I am with my Pedicure! I want to give Chi my rave review, I have deleted my previous nail salon and it’s only Pedinatural and Chi for me! She’s so friendly and professional cheerful and enthusiastic about getting to know me as her client! Today I brought my daughter who graduates high school this Thursday, for a pedi date with Chi!

I had a very nice Dream Pedicure from Chi today…. I am very satisfied with how I spent my money and my time. The atmosphere was calming and pleasant. Thank you so much. I will be back.

Hannah, the manager does a beautiful job of gel nails and it lasts for a long time. Chi does a beautiful job of pedicures (the collagen treatment is superb) and she is very sweet and personable. I highly recommend this beautiful spa with soft music, beautiful decor, many options and colour choices. I live in Vernon and it’s worth the trip and very close to Cosco and the Orchard Mall.

I had a pedicure with Lihn that was absolutely wonderful. The entire experience is the best I have ever had in Kelowna. You are offered a bottle of water or juice and a chocolate when you arrive.
She put fresh squeezed lemon slices in the water to soak your feet. Fresh squeezed orange slices are rubbed on your legs along with lemon exfoliating cream.
You have either a 7 minute or 10 minute foot and leg massage depending on which pedicure service you choose.
I would highly recommend this spa to anyone.

Amazing experience here, i got a pedicure done by one of the ladies and it was the best i’ve ever had. The salon is extremely clean and organized and has a beautiful atmosphere. Taking my daughters here for mothers day mani pedis has become a yearly tradition.

Hanna and Chi both worked on my hands and feet. By far the best nail salon I have ever been to in Kelowna! I would highly recommend you visit them an you will see what I mean. You won’t be disappointed. Very clean and spacious! I am going to share the salon with all of my friends. Ask for Hanna or Chi, both are great!

What a beautiful and bright place! I saw Hannah today and she was so friendly and knowledgeable. I went in quite nervous as I have sensitive nail beds and needed gel taken off. I had no burning at all and she did a beautiful job with shellac manicure. This will definitely be my “go to” for pedicure and manicures. Looking forward to a pedicure!

I had the best manicure and the most exquisite pedicure here. Mai was detailed, thorough and takes her time in ensuring her workmanship is perfect. I really appreciated that both services were not rushed. I was truly relaxed and felt very well taken care of. The place is also immaculate with brand new massage chairs (definitely a highlight which makes the pedicure even more worth it.) I feel very fortunate to have found Mai and the new place opened near my house. Bonus that they are offering 20% off right now since they just opened.

I stopped in last minute just before NYE and had the best experience. Both with the staff & service and my beautiful manicure and pedicure! I’ll be back for sure!

We loved the space! Clean, peaceful and professional. First time but will definitely be a go to for our pedicures. Hannah Banana and Katie were amazing. Must try in Kelowna as we’ve tried so many others in the area and never to the same level of service

Absolutely wonderful salon to get yourself pampered. Hannah was so personable and polite. I would highly recommend this salon. I appreciated the free bottled water when having my pedicure done, i also had new set of acrylic nails done by Hannah. Great place. Great atmosphere. Salon is beautiful and very clean.

I went with my mom to get a manicure since I had gone previously to get a pedicure. Love this place! It's brand new and super clean! Tina and Angie were great! I won't be going anywhere else to get my nails done. Highly recommend!
