I went to have a mini facial there and adviced by Massy about Dermabrasion. At first I was skeptical to go for that considering any side effects and Massy made me comfortable by explaining me the process. Then I had my first Dermabrasion session and the treatment was perfect, as it supposed to be and she was very professional. My skin feels definitely better. The studio is clean, fresh towels and sheets, good products and relaxing ambiance.
She made me so comfortable during the session and explained me about different products to be used on my skin type. I was waiting for my results to give the review and I can see visibly different skin which I am liking alot. I am excited about my next sessions.

Massy was great by explaining what is needed for my skin. She did a microdermabation and my skin feels way better, softer and hydratated. I am coming back for a second one! She also does eyebrow threading and she does a great job!

I had a great experience with Heather. I came in wanting a hair cut and wash and she said that she had a client who booked an appointment in 5 mins coming but that she could take me right after, I was a walk in. So I stayed and waited. When it was my turn, she was very efficient and thorough. She washed my hair well as well as rinsed it all through, not leaving any shampoo or conditioner left over. Then when she was cutting my hair she was very precise. She took the time to properly cut my hair and dry it and it turned out excellently.
Then when it was time to pay, I was expecting a hefty bill due to all the work put in but to my surprise it was less than I thought.

Great service at a great price.

DO NOT BUY ANY GROUPON DEALS FROM THIS PLACE! The owner does not like groupon users. Paid $66 for a microdermabration 2 times treatment, but she demanded an extra $55 to perform the actual treatment. Tried to book for the weekend, but she did not want to accommodate my time because I'm not an actual paying customer. She clearly stated she does not want to work extra because she isn't going to make any money out of me.

Massy was a massive help in healing my cystic acne. She is both knowledgable and caring and I always knew I was in good hands.

Today, I had a microdermabrasion treatment with Massy as a result of buying a Groupon coupon. There was some pre-treatment cleansing, the microdermabrasion and then an aloe vera mask. She was kind, personable and generous for taking me in when she did as the week before, the bus was late and I ended up not coming. I would suggest booking with her directly as the Groupon company takes a large percentage of the purchase and the vendor doesn't make much money, however, I would not have been introduced to her salon otherwise. I will go again for either microdermabrasion or a peel.

It was a very enjoyable and comfortable first experience. I was made to feel very relaxed and the treatment was beautiful. My skin feels great and so very thankful for the wonderful service. I will return in the new year.

I have been there for the first time with a good friend of mine recomending me this place and especially Nassim for her kindness, simplicity, passionnate for her job and honesty befor all. I did change my natural colors and i have very long hair, brunette (with past failed colors on it) => to Ash blondy. With Good prices! Pellé is not a superficial place to be, and Nassim is super relaxing person. Very apreciable when you re coming for a hair care.:). You ll do the choice to keep going with her cares. Sincerely it was the first time than i was happy with my hairdresser! Lol it was perfect! She catch that you really want and makes you beautifull and unique. Her goal! => She just want to make you feel satisfated! Very Talented.

I guess it was because I had a Groupon, but she did a really bad job on my microdermabrasion. She didn't even do my entire face and kept going over the same parts

I've been waiting forever to try microdermabrasion and couldn't afford it until I saw a Groupon and read Pelle Derma Touch's stellar reviews. Well it didn't disappoint! Massey was very friendly and informative, I asked 56 questions about different services and skin care and she answered all of them haha. I've only had one treatment and my skin is incredibly soft and noticeably smoother and refreshened - even my oblivious boyfriend said my face was glowing:) Can't wait for my next appointment!

My artist was amazing. Love my eyebrow tattoo. I will be going back for more work here for sure.
