Bring your own pillows!

Nice friendly staff. Location is great.
But the rooms need to be updated.
Pillows seem like something you'd find at the dollar store. (Terrible and very small)
Beds are not comfortable, and comforter is really thin.
The bathrooms have no exhaust fan.
And the soap and shampoo/ conditioner
Packets look like they come free from a magazine. (the absolute cheapest they could find).

However the room was clean and does have a decent ac unit.

The check in was smooth and the staff was friendly. The bed wasn't very comfortable, but the room was super clean and did well in a pinch. The place smelled a bit funny like cleaner and stale cigarettes.

They don’t ever pick up the phone! This is during business hours too. I tried calling over and over to confirm my reservation and no one ever picked up. I won’t have cell service in Canada so I was trying to make sure we had a room for the night.

Needed a place to stay for the night.

Paid 200 dollars including tax.

It was ok, but if you want comfort, consider staying somewhere else.

Value for money. Functional rooms. Self Checkout. Operates more like a motel than a "hotel".

It is a nice hotel, with some details, for example the bathroom door in our room does not close.

I’ve stayed in a lot of awful hotels, but this takes the cake. Loud af music from the stinky pub directly below the rooms. Jesus this place is terrible

Dated hotel, room is just about ok for a quick stay. Do note that they charge $30 for each kid 12+.

Everything is great. The location very nice come and visit once in a lifetime if you are in Vancover.

Perfect budget accommodation. Mini fridge, complimentary tea and coffee, microwave, cable tv. What else can you ask for.

Very clean, the rooms are small but I'm there for sleep not ballroom dancing.
