Pemberton Valley Lodge

I stayed here two months ago. The beds are small and the rooms were infested with bed bugs. We had to contact management late in the night to get it resolved. Not the experience we were hoping for on our family trip. On top of that there were hidden fees apparently simply because we booked through Expedia instead of directly. If they had hidden fees due to this they should make it clear within their Expedia posting not trick people into booking then inform them after the fact.

Rooms were lovely, clean and appreciated the underground parking with the relaxing music I've never encountered this before but a nice touch that set the tone for the rest of my day, thank you!
I'm not a fan of the sign to do your own dishes or pay $30.what? ! Isn't that why we pay you? My fiance and I are pretty tidy, we try to leave our room put together, and the most we dirty for dishes is 2 mugs and in this case the French press also.
Other than that, everything else was good.

Poor customer service. Attempted to cancel reservation on medical grounds. Manager failed to show any compassion whatsoever. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone based on my experience.

While my husband and I didn't actually stay at the lodge- we did have our wedding room block here where all our guests could book. I have not heard one negative thing back from any of our 100 guests that stayed here but I have heard SO many great things. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, amazing pool! I hope one day when we come back to Pemberton we get the opportunity to stay at the Lodge to experience this ourselves:)

The lodge was great good location very quiet very clean. Just two things that could be improved the TVs and the rooms are very small but we didn't spend a lot of time in the room.and they don't really have any food at the hotel at all.
