Jaimie was able to update me on our current OHS catalogue and let me know what is available to us. Including the BrightSafe app, which I knew nothing about until today! He was able to run me through the platform quickly and efficiently, so that I can now play around with it and see how else we can make this work for us.

Peninsula is actually a "gotcha" company. When you finally try to terminate the contract, they will not let you. They try to automatically renew contracts and automatically withdraw money from your account. It's too bad because they are otherwise a great partner. Be careful.

I am very happy with the service I have received, recently and also in the past. Each person I speak to is very friendly and knowledgeable. If they do not know, something, will get back to me or transfer to a person who can answer questions.
My most recent experience with Mahdi was exceptional and he was very pleasant to talk to.
