Dr. Saini and the whole team here are beyond amazing. They have taken such amazing care of our dog kobe for years now and even though we have now moved to Vancouver we drive all the way back here cause the level of care and service can not be matched. If you want a team that truly has your pets best interest at heart then definitely come here. The expertise along with the kind hearts is what makes this place special.

I have taken my pets to see Dr. Saini since moving to White Rock / South Surrey. They have always been very friendly, reasonably priced, and thorough.everytime.

We have been to a few vets in the lower mainland since having our dog and Dr Saini is so amazing! He is kind, patient and understanding. I couldn’t ask for a better vet and the ladies that work as vet techs and receptionists are lovely and so helpful.
I have to drive 30+ plus minutes to get there but it is very worth it just for the incredible service and care.

Dr Saini and his team were amazing last week when we had to put our elderly dog to rest. Dr Saini especially was so empathetic. He really understood what we were going through and gave us the space and time we needed at a very emotional moment for our family. Over the last few year's of our dog's life, the doctor and his staff gave Hershey wonderful care and their prices were very reasonable. I would have no hesitation recommending them

Been here twice, good experiences both times with different animals. The assistants are good and the vet is calm and doesn't force treatment options, he's sensitive to the owner and pets needs. Recommended

The doctor was incredibly rough with our dog, he literally tried to flip our dog to put him on his back. No care for our dog or our feelings

This was our first time at the office with our new rescue pup.

I was surprised and pleased to see that unlike our last animal hospital where everything was done over the phone due to Covid, that we could use a mask and enter and be present during the examination and have a face to face conversation with the veteranarian.

The veteranarian was awesome and had the puppy playing and happy during the examination. The office staff were friendly and welcoming and provided great information.

All in all, it was a great experience and we will continue taking our pup to this office.

Best veterinary clinic in South Surrey in my opinion! I used to takes my cats and dog to the clinic down the road, but sadly they have changed and like to upsell you services you don't need, when really you just want to treat the immediate issue (they want you to spend coin on blood tests, teeth cleaning, etc.etc.). And after experiencing too much price gouging, I decided to try this vet following reading the reviews here. Very recently I've had Dr. Dhaliwal treat one cat for an ear infection. He is very experienced and dealt with a gross situation and resolved it without adding on further expenses.and Dr. Saini treated my other Siamese cat for an eye issue. Dr. Saini is young, compassionate and was eager to restore my cat back to perfect health. Dr. Saini even kissed my cat's head through his mask and comforted him as he treated him. I feel my pets are in excellent hands here, and going forward I will only use them. I hope this helps anyone reading this. I give them an A+

They very gentle with our cats and dog. We have been going for years. Trust them. Love the smiles and they always comfort me, I'm a wimp when it comes to the animals.

I’ve taken my puppy here three times and had undeniably the best customer service from the receptionists and Dr Saini is just awesome. I would definitely recommend this practise great doctors and great prices too they are very reasonable and I never feel like I’m paying too much. Thumbs up

Dr. Saini (if I remember correctly) is really professional. My kitten has diarrhea and didn’t like canned food after vaccination. Dr. Saini recommended another can, my kitten likes a lot!

Service is great, respect of Covid restrictions. My vet name is Dr. Saini and he gave me clear explanations as to what they will do and gave me a detail estimate costs. Two chihuahua which had tooth clean and extractions and one received a minor surgery to extract a small mammal tumour. Medication and care to give at home was well explained and made it clear that if I have any concerns at all, to go back right away or call at any time. Everything went fine, no infection, the day after she was already running around and she's about to get her stitches off and cure very well. Couldn't ask for a better service and I have no hesitation in recommending their services. Also, their price are lower than most. Another thing, when I first called, Michelle answered the phone and she speaks with a smile, you can hear it, it made me feel confident in bringing my pets to them and I'm glad I did. Thanks to all the very professional personnel that took great care of my two fur babies.

Dr Sandhu is the most pleasant doctor we have encountered. He is so good with our golden doodle, and just overall very kind. You can truly see his passion and care for animals, as well as the owners. Highly recommend. Absolute best.

This is the best vet clinic! I can’t even put in to words how amazing they are! The staff are all very friendly and helpful! Dr. Saini is so great, he answered all my questions And was very helpful and kind when my sphynx kitten had continuous health problems. I highly recommend bringing your pets here because they will be in excellent care!

Aggressive vets, didn't treat my dogs very well. Tried to trick us into spending extra money. Do not seem professional.

My experience at this clinic was great, they took great care of my dog and explained everything step by step. Prices are comparatively great as well, will definitely be coming back here!

Our dog ingested some poison while off-leash and got really sick. (She is a black lab, and she will eat ANYTHING) Luckily we got her to Peninsula Crossing Animal Hospital in time and they did all the right tests and gave her all the right medications and she is healthy to this day.
