I have to say that when I was looking for place to live it was daunting. Scary even. When I met Veronica with peninsula property management she set my mind at ease and made my daughter and I feel important and cared for.
This was a very important move in my life and the transition was seamless. Veronica made our house a home and I am more than impressed with how she made my daughter and I feel during this huge transition in our lives.
Without her I don’t know where we would be. So a huge thank you to Veronica to making this seamless and comfortable. It means the world to me!

We needed to rent out our new condo and wanted to make sure that we do everything right the first time around, so we called a number of property management companies to help us with finding tenants, to do credit checks, to prep and get all legal docs completed and signed. We were very impressed with how quickly Peninsula Property Management responded and provided instant valuable information. Stefano was so awesome from the start. He had a pleasant personalities that we knew would be great at finding tenants for our condo. He explained the rental market and knew the price points that will attract both tenants and us the landlords. He was easy to contact and responds to my messages fast and he always kept us informed regarding showings. He also didn’t rush us into getting our condo rented and made sure he found the best suitable tenants and THAT, he did find us…. Not just suitable tenants but responsible and respectful. What can I say about Veronica Sharma! She is an amazing woman who actually listens to your needs! To see my children and grandchildren enjoying this "home" that she has found for us after a year of us searching as a family is amazing.
