I would highly recommend Cecilia Hu from Peninsula Strata to anyone looking for exceptional service and expertise. I have personally been working with Cecilia since 2018, she is very responsive to inquiries. Excellent communication and attention to detail, Cecilia is very knowledgeable in her field. I would like to thank you personally for your dedication to our strata property!

Scott at Peninsula Strata Management is very knowledgeable and experienced. He is quick to deal with all types Strata issues. He explains things very clearly and spends time talking things thru and offering solutions to problems. I highly recommend Peninsula Strata Management to any Strata whether residential or commercial.

Peninsula Strata Management does an excellent job of managing its buildings, and your Strata would be lucky and wise to have them. Owners can rest assured that all aspects of their property, from financial to legal are being well taken care of. And if you fortunately get assigned Bill Morrow as your licensed Peninsula Strata Property Agent, then you are really lucky. IMO, Bill is a standout in the industry in terms of his wisdom, sincere caring, and utmost excellence as a communicator and manager. The industry definitely needs more Bill Morrows. Enough said.

Professional, knowledgeable, fair, flexible, and most importantly, reachable all the time. Phone calls and emails are always responded on the same day, and have never been missed.
Our agent is always willing to listen and accommodate our own unique Strata needs, which I have been really grateful for.

I recently purchased a property here, I was told by the notary that I needed to contact Peninsula who is my strata management and give them my banking info for the strata fees.

I emailed and no one got back to me. I got a automatic reply that Ken was on holidays and would be returning July 17 (i sent the email July 22) in the auto reply it said to reach out to Sharron or Cristin if I had questions, so i called Sharron and when I was trying to explain why i was calling she laughed at me and said ' i dont handle those townhouses', I then had to tell her i was following Kens automatic email directions and she said well hold i will transfer you to him. I was on hold for 20 mins and no one came back to the phone.

This reminds me of the first email I sent after completion to them to ask if there were any rules I should follow as far as moving in goes (in regards to moving truck parking etc.) I wanted to be respectful of everyone and my new neighbours. I got a reply telling me to "use my common sense'

This is such a horrible experience with them so far and I am really disappointed at the lack of customer service.p. S. I still havent gotten an email reply.

Peninsula Strata Management has made numerous recommendations to my strata that have cost the owners thousands in unnessecarry costs.

With guidance from Peninsula Strata Management our building recently under went a very costly envelope improvement.

Some of the workmanship on the exterior of the building done by Peak Construction was done substandard and the building is facing repair costs in less than a year after completion.

Peninsula has recommend that the Strata Council at 1830 Southmere Cres E Southmere Mews require the individual owners fix the substandard work at their own cost or face heavy fines. The owners were told Peak Management would provide a 10 year warranty for all work done. And deficiencies would be covered. Not the case at Southmere Mews. Threat of heavy fines and or ongoing repair costs burden the owners.

Despite the building owners voting for the best fix possible and paying extra my unit was finished with such little thought and care that my unit is worth significantly less than if the Strata had done what they initially agreed to. The cost of my assessment was many, many thousands of dollars.

My calls to Peninsula Strata Management would mostly go unreturned. My request for copies of simple documents would go unanswered. My emails would go unanswered. My request for face to face meetings would be refused.

I have lived in Southere Mews as a problem free, respectful owner for close to 15 years. The treatment I've experienced over the last couple of years from both Peninsula Strata Management and the strata council has been nothing short of absurd. Possibly they're embarrassed of the poor quality remediation despite the high cost under the guidance of peninsula strata management.

This review is based on my first hand experience. I can provide both written and photographic proof if any of the above is in doubt.
