Gone downhill over the past few years due to lack of equipment. Poor communication for units under repair.

Amazing customer service at Penske Delta. Needed a truck for moving. Their customer service specialist Sanyam helped me aptly. He arranged a perfect sized truck with a tail gate for me and in chilly weather outside, he warmed up the truck and got it ready for us at 7: 30 am. Highly appreciated. Will def take my business there again. Thank you Sanyam.
