Rented two bikes and had great service! We had an issue with one bike which was quickly resolved. Advice was given for our preferred route. We had an amazing time and were shocked to hear people yelling about late fees when we returned the bikes…. Have some decency, it’s obvious if you rent something by the hour you can expect late fees.

Horrible horrible horrible place. So rude. I’m shocked at how they treated us.
First off. Cash only business with their own atm on site. First red flag.
Second the owner was rude to us and didn’t explain the late policy.
4 of us paid 240 dollars for 3 hours. We were 15 minutes late and he tried charging us 80 dollars in late fees and was so outwardly hostile.

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
Honestly I’ve never had someone be so rude to me at a business. Walk in after a ride and the guy doesn’t even ask how the ride was. Takes the bike and informs us we’re 15 minutes late and it’s 80 dollars for a late fee. Negotiated down to 40. Never was this mentioned before. This place is cash only. Somehow I feel like someone should calm the CRA on this scam.

I had high hopes for a fun day out with my friends, renting a four-seater bike for all of us. However, our excitement quickly turned to frustration when we encountered an employee who treated us with utmost rudeness and hostility from the moment we stepped in.
The staff member, who appeared to be in charge, mean mugged us as if we were intruders, setting an unwelcoming tone right from the start. Instead of offering a warm greeting, he bluntly interrupted us and demanded to know what we wanted, using a tone that made us feel like we were bothering him
When we asked to rent a four seater bike for our group of friends, he flatly replied, "We only rent to families, " before turning his back on us dismissively. The blatant discrimination was puzzling, as we witnessed other groups of friends happily riding the same bikes, despite not being families.
In conclusion, I cannot in good conscience recommend this place to anyone. It is disheartening to encounter such unprofessional and unwelcoming behavior, and I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for others seeking a positive rental experience.

E-Bikes are dated and mechanically reduced to one gear option. They literally cut the gear cable. When asked, they said it's basically to make it easier to maintain and "less confusing for the riders". Well, the lack of gears makes the ride more difficult, limiting in speed options, and hard to get used to, especially on uphill and downhill grades. Lost a returning customer today.

Friendly, responsible owners and quality equipment. I had the most amazing time riding along the KVR trail with their bike! Definitely the go-to rental store for biking and on-the-water equipment!

My friend and I went to Penticton for a moms getaway trip and we called to rent a two seater bike. It is a shoulder season so it looked closed but the guy came immediately to open up and rent a bike to us. We had the absolute best time and we had wonderful service! I highly recommend this business and we will be back for sure!
