I've been going here for years. From Tanya's friendly welcome to the expert dental care by Dr. Saina and the team, my visit to Penticton Dental Center was exceptional. Modern facilities, attentive service, and a warm atmosphere made it a top-notch experience. Highly recommended!

Penticton Dental Center has amazing hygienists and we've been happy with our dentist, Dr. Katrina Saina. We've seen many different hygienists from their office (Lauren, Lynda, Jenny Anne to name a few) and each and every single one we have seen have made us feel comfortable and relaxed (despite feeling very anxious and nervous to start with). Dr. Saina is good at explaining things to us and helping us feel comfortable. She also listens and tries to troubleshoot when something isn't feeling quite right. This office is great with our little ones too and we really appreciate that. Thanks Penticton Dental!

Best dentist appointment ever. After a snow shoveling incident on the weekend and losing a chunk of my front tooth (not an emergency - just not pretty) Pat was able to squeeze me into the Monday schedule. Dr Matt is amazing and I left there fully restored. Stellar care from the front desk to the chair. You guys are the best.

I've been to them a few times. The dental hygienists are great. Last time I went there however was for a free filling and it was the most horrific experience of my life. They had a trainee assisting the dentist because it was a free procedure and she had no idea what she was doing. There were moments where I couldn't breathe and the tooth isn't even properly fixed after them doing a filling twice now.

Today I called to book an apt for my boyfriend and I as I will have benefits again soon and was told they aren't taking new patients (as my bf hasn't been there before). They just lost themselves a patient. Dental offices should at least consider accepting a current patient's spouse. That is terrible service. I won't be back.

Covid precautions are very well thought out and implemented. The staff are all very friendly and competent, especially Tanya at the front desk. She always has a smile, is always pleasant and is very professional.

I would recommend Penticton Dental Centre to anyone looking for a new dentist in the South Okanagan. I switched to Dr. Saina a few years ago after a bad experience with another dentist and have had nothing but positive experiences since. Tanya and the front office staff are friendly and helpful when booking appointments and always greet you with a smile upon entering the building. I have had Jenna as my hygienist the last few visits and her professionalism and kindness go above and beyond. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else for my family's dental care.

Staff is awesome, i’ve had some dental emergencies where they’ve moved schedules around and were able to fit me in. I don’t have to worry about my coverage because they coordinate all that. And my dentist give me exact explanations of what she’s doing during the procedures so when I hear different things happening I know what’s going on.

Dr. Irvine has been my dentist here from before this dental centre was opened, and I have always found him to be professional and cost-conscious — my ideal combination. He doesn’t try to up sell services, which is a refreshing change from what I hear from some of my friends and their local dentists. As an “older person”, I have found Dr. Irvine’s management of my long-standing issues from a mis-spent youth to be totally on point. His staff are totally great as well, and I get used to seeing the familiar faces as we go along... And he’s managed to keep pretty much all of my teeth functional. No mean feat!

Being a super anxious dental patient, they make me feel comfortable & safe and I'm always happy with the work that's done.

The thing that made my experience stand out by far was my orthodontist Andrea! She’s always friendly and takes time out of her busy schedule to really get to know you. She was always very attentive in making sure that everything was comfortable! I never once felt like I was being a nuisance or felt like I was being pushed out the door.

Had a great experience. My 8 year old who is usually very nervous and anxious at the dentist had no issues. Was made to feel very comfortable and relaxed.

Great attitude from all the staff! The Dentist was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. A lot of consultation on the condition of my teeth and the best way forward. I had the same experience with the hygienist, lots of consultation and developed a program together.

Clean upscale facilities. Staff are friendly knowledgeable and professional. Great teeth restoration options. Bio Clear is a remarkable product and only available few places in Canada for now. 10 out of 10 for staff dentists facilities.

We’ve used Penticton Dental for 5 years. They’ve treated all three of our girls since age 1 as well. We’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences with Dr Saina and the staff. I definitely recommend Penticton Dental for families!

Yesterday I had a semi-annual dental hygiene (cleaning) appointment with Jenna. I was very happy with the experience and left feeling that an excellent job had been done. Not only was Jenna a very competent professional but she was a delightful personality - very friendly and positive. She answered my questions and improved my understanding of procedures as we went along. Altogether a very satisfactory service. Thank you, Jenna.
