I can honestly say that I had a blast during the purchasing process with Steele. He is funny, honest, and doesn’t badger or pressure you to make a sale. We were texting and calling back and forth for months while waiting for the exact colour of Seltos to come in, and the conversations were always light and fun. I had checked out the Vernon Kia first and was not happy with the service I received (pushy and would only take a non-refundable $2000 deposit to look for what I wanted). A family friend recommended Steele, and on our first call he made it clear they are not in the business of making money off of deposits. I only had to put down $500, totally refundable. That small detail makes the customer feel much more safe and secure.

Allison had called me to walk me through all of the paperwork and extras I could get and she was also funny, easy-going and a pleasure to chat with. She also went out of her way to help get me a deal on protective film for my hood as I wasn’t able yo spend much more money.

Even going through the insurance process was much easier than I remember with my first vehicle purchase elsewhere. She was quick, efficient and very knowledgeable about the offerings of ICBC and the private company she works for. I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything extra that I wasn’t comfortable with.

I live in Kamloops, but spend most of my time at my partners place in Vernon, and it was absolutely worth the drive to Penticton to have such peace of mind through the whole purchasing experience.

Sales Manager Jean-Rene Levesque is very transparent about costs, doesn’t waste one’s time with too much back and forth negotiation and gets to a bottom line offer sooner than some sales managers who play a game many consumers have tired with. Don't bother purchasing used vehicles from here, bought a used truck and was told a THOROUGH inspection was completed. 1.5 month later and it's in the shop for manifold replacements.and was then told by the shop that the wheel bearings and control arms are completely worn and need replacing.

My Kia Sorrento died unexpectedly today and after a stranger gave me a boost I made it to Kia who immediately looked after me. I needed a new battery which they installed right away, as well explained in detail all charges and why this happened to my vehicle. Always above board and I leave feeling safe and confident in what they do.

It was the Best SUV Purchase I have ever made. Patrick, Steele & Mike were absolutely fantastic. This is by far the only place in town I would ever recommend if you are interested in being treated like Royalty and the fresh crispy creme donuts were a definite plus. It has been years since I have purchased a new car so I did lots of research knowing that I wanted one with dependability, safety features and nice styling. When we went into the Penticton dealership the salesman Steele put us in the car I was looking for that was in my price range and ticked all the boxes. I did not intend to buy that day but I was so impressed by both the car and with Steele in his knowledge of the vehicle that we signed the papers that day.
