A fantastic clinic, I've been receiving treatment from Patrice for 2 years and he has helped me enormously. Staff is a delight to deal with, treatments are excellent.

It is probably the best place one can go to when it comes to pain management, here in Penticton. The receptionists were both friendly and polite in all of our transactions. The therapists, Patrice and Lerisse, were very accommodating, and made sure that procedures were explained well prior to starting. They were extremely patient with answering all my questions. I will definitely have my future treatments with them.

Professional physio treatment in a beautiful old home! The atmosphere is almost as good as the treatment. The PT really does care & always maintains professionalism.

I had been struggling with knee and shoulder pain for quite awhile and been to numerous other physio and chiro places but nothing seemed to be very effective until I came here. Very friendly, professional, efficient, and effective. Best physio experience I've ever had, I seen major improvement In a short amount of time.

The parking is great and the building is clean.
The staff is kind and takes the time to speak with you. They always acknowledge everyone when they walk in the door.

Patrice is an outstanding physiotherapist. He's never late for his appointments, and he treats me with respect and honesty. He listens and explains the process he will be doing, plus giving me support with helpful exercises to shorten my healing time. I am delighted with the success I have found in my healing process working with the Penticton Pain Clinic.

One more thing, Patrice is cheerful and has a healthy sense of humor. Greatly appreciated in stressful times. I highly recommend the Penticton Pain Clinic.

I am a 16 year old who dislocated my knee at the end of August, I started seeing Patrice in September and by December I was able to do everything from walking without a limp to bending my knee all the way, and participating in sports again. 10/10 would recommend. Patrice is very knowledgeable and personable and he cares deeply about his patients.

This clinic is fantastic! There are wonderful supportive, reception staff when you enter the doors. The house has this old age charm with actual private rooms. And of course, very skilled practitioners. In particular, Dr. Patrice is so caring, knowledgeable, really listens to you, and wants to help his patients achieve optimal function. I highly recommend this clinic!

Patrice, is really awesome and perfect at what he do. I hurt my shoulder at work and wasn’t able to move it. But patrice helped me to get back to work by helping me to regain my shoulder function with excellent skills and knowledge he have. Thank you patrice.

Patrice was amazing. I was in Penticton for a 2 week vacation, but I ended up aggravating my upper back/neck. I saw him a total of 4 times over the 2 week period. When I first saw him, I couldn't even turn or bend my neck. By the 4th session, my range of motion was almost back to baseline. I was even able to bike a few times during my vacation. Patrice is a good balance between treatment, and education about prevention + maintenance. Very personable. Excellent manual therapy and dry needling technique. The staff at the front desk are also very helpful and friendly. Excellent experience overall.

I was in a car accident in September. Patrice took me in as a client just a few days after my accident. He has been a life saver for healing my pain. I am very insecure and was so scared to go to physio and be seen or judged. IT was nothing like that at all. I got over that feel almost right away. Patrice has helped me.come along way. I had to use a cane and. Now I am no longer using it he has referred me to an awesome kinisiolagist. I was in a head on car accident two years ago and just started switched Physiotherapy services and began seeing Patrice 3 weeks ago. The improvement to my foot, heel, legs, hips, shoulders, neck, back and arms is INCREDIBLE! I was told I would never run again and after 3 weeks I'm slow jogging on a treadmill. His methods, knowledge and personality are a winning combination. The office and start are very warm, welcoming and accommodating. I would 100% recommend him if you're looking to reduce the pain in your body.
