Penticton Pizza

So first time ordering from here. From outta town and glad I tried them. Great pizza came hot and good flavor, I custom made my pizza it was amazing I highly recommend, fast delivery too.

Penticton Pizza initially caught our attention with its enticing dine-in option displayed on their Google page. However, after embarking on a lengthy journey to get there, we were utterly disappointed to find a complete lack of available tables to accommodate customers. It was disheartening to have our expectations shattered, especially after making the effort to visit. It would be greatly appreciated if Penticton Pizza could update their information accurately to reflect the current state of their dine-in services. This would prevent others from experiencing the same inconvenience and frustration that we encountered.

Has always been good but the last time I went there it was super greasy, hardly any toppings just cheese. Wont be back & owner was super grumpy

This is the BEST GLUTEN-FREE pizza we've ever had! It has everything going for it. The size (14"), the crust infused with herbs, and it was golden brown on the underside, which means its been cooked all the way through. Plus, it was well done like we asked it to be. They added plenty of toppings and did not skimp on them nor the amount of cheese on top. When we opened the box, the pizza was hot like it just came out of the oven. Even after we drove down the street to the park to eat!

Well, I ordered 2 pizzas online, waited 1 hour +, and got 1 pizza for 75% of the price of two pizzas. I immediately called them and they say " sorry, we see both pizzas ordered but one was not "completed" so we sent only one". Too bad. I paid 75% of the two pizza price for just one pizza but I really can't wait 1 hour again for pizza #2 (even though they didn't even offer it). Too bad they didn't fulfill the online order. Get ready to pay a higher price than expected.

Friendly staff, easy to place order. Slight sweet sauce but not real questionable sweet. Nice and cheesy, well done.

Very generous topings, super great price. You would pay double at panago for less quality pizza. Tastes homemade and definitely the best in Penticton.

There are plenty of gourmet, chain or independent flatbread restaurants but there’s ONLY one Penticton Pizza! Old school, hand tossed, fresh ingredients, great quality toppings single-handedly made by Mo! He takes pride in trying to be the BEST in BC and offer delicious pies!

Perfect for a lunch/dinner, sports teams, events/boardroom meetings or beach picnics!

Delivery driver RJ is always a friendly face and has a warm welcome! One of my favourite in the Valley!

Ordered 15 pizzas for a hockey team and they were piping hot, arrived right on time, and we even received a discount for youth sports. Delicious pizzas.

Great pizza. It's made fast, they are friendly and accommodating and the prices are really reasonable. They put tons of yummy, gooey cheese on, and will substitute for no extra charge. Love it!

The worst wait time I seen in my life for a pizza joint!

They are making very delicious pizza.actually first time my friend give me slice and she told me to taste it and it was so zummy now i always order from here.and very good service by owner as well.he is very kind. Thank you penticton pizza for always give us great service and pizza

This pizza is really not good. Soggy and with terrible flavor. Although, it's very heavy if that is what you are looking for. Not worthy of a 4.5 rating that is currently posted imo.

Had a donair and Greek pizza. Absolutely one of the best pizzas that we have had. Delivery driver was totally awesome!

I have a tomate.allergy and they put tomate sauce on when I asked for barbecue my freind ate a piece of the pizza at the door they asked for the pizza back and tried to charge for the piece gone

Honestly REALLY good pizza, and a good price too. Only comment I have, is that the sauce can be on the lighter end sometimes.

Had my brother order 2 pizzas for 6 people in the house, one person in our group has a tomato allergy… when our pizzas arrived both pizzas had tomato sauce when we had ordered one without tomatos. When I made a call to have the pizza replaced, the driver argued with my brother over 3 slices of the messed up pizza that were missing (because we had tried the pizza before calling obviously) claiming he needed the whole pizza back and refused giving us the replacement pizza. It took my brother calling this drivers manager while the pizza sat in his hands getting cold before he would hand over the pizza and he even tried to get us to pay for the 3 slices missing! And then had the audacity to try to get us to pay another 36$ for the replacement pizza after we had spent 76$ on this order already! I have never seen such disrespectful customer service and I will never be ordering or recommending this place to anyone… I’m very thankful that we checked the pizza before my friend with the allergy had a reaction!
