Prepare to spend the whole day there. Nothing moves very quickly here. Carefully consider whether you really need to go there before you leave. I have heard many horror stories about the quality of care at this hospital, so be cautious!

The amount of times we've had bad experiences here, is ridiculous! Most times they just brush our problems off, can be extremely rude, or rush us out the door. Yes we have mental health conditions, that have been the reason for our visits. But not all of our visits are related to that. Even if they were, they need to take it seriously. They let someone I know leave after she said she was going to kill herself. Like seriously who does that? Now I'm not saying all the staff are bad, theres very nice ones as well. But sadly the bad, outweighs the good, by a longshot.

Absolutely outrageous ER Dr. Mark Gracia is a discraceful physician with a documented history (rate md) of belittling patients. Interior health is reason the health authorities need to be banished. Top heavy corrupt dead weight. Pgh, if you're in medical distress, this is not the ER to go to! Some of these bad actors need to be hauled out in handcuffs. Gracia is one of many. Some doctors have been barred from BC under the college of physician's investigations. Gracia's lies will catch up with him. He belongs in prison.

This is a picture perfect example of how broken Canada’s medical system is. The rare kind doctor and if you even ask a question you are gaslighted to no end. Wait times are ridiculous and no one is interested in actually helping. Unbelievable…

Dr. Lambert and the nurse Haley in the ICU were a gift to us on a horribly traumatic day for my family. If it was not for their care, compassion and honesty I don’t know how we could have made it through. Also Monique the social worker was amazing and I am so glad she was working with my family that day. This team was so professional feel so blessed that my dad had them tending to them at the end of his life.

I had a lovely tech for my mammogram today, I'm sorry I didn't catch her name. I hope she knows she was appreciated

Had a day surgery yesterday. So grateful for all the amazing nurses I had throughout the day. Thank you so much! Nurses you are so appreciated and so grateful for you.

Atrocious access to health care. This hospital is a major downfall for the town. Needed urgent post open x-rays and wait times were months, that's if they ever called you back.
