Penzer Action Park

My son loves this park. It's beautiful. Full soccer or basketball court. Jungle gym. Rock climbing wall. Parcour park.

This is a pretty sweet park. It has Skate/Scooter Park and a BMX/Dirt Jump area, pump track, fenced off street hockey and basketball as well as some sort of rubber floor area with things to climb and jump over. I like to bring my RC cars and rip around the skate park and dirt jumps. There is also a gravel path system that continues directly across the street if you feel like adventuring around a little.

Since posting there have been changes at Penzer, changes that have left it a docile experience. The way I heard it, from a young man who used to frequently fly at the park, was that a shot calling City Official visited the park and deemed the wooden ramps (the two black diamond runs) to be unused and dangerous. So he had them removed, along with the suddenly unnecessary c-can roll in start point. To top it off the dirt landing mounds were neutered by about 3 ft making the remains a jump that if one doesn't brake check they'll find themselves landing to flat.
There is still some fun to be had there and the other features at the park are well maintained, however for a rider that is improving their skills when it comes to jumping it is now limited with no gap jumps at all.

It's a great place to learn to catch air. Roll over the beginner's run and move on over to more challenging runs as your skill level rises. The whole park is well kept, well maintained and as such- well used.
4 stars only because the park would truly benefit from some lighting, even if just a couple spotlights running for a half hour.

Great bmx and scooter track and the bmx track is great for mountain bikes. Only Down side is the power lines above your head but for the quality of the park and the track.

One of the best park for the kids to play. The park has various fun huddled and an amazing muddy bike area for stunts! Kids love going there regularly also added advantage ample free parking

Decent park for children, nice simple walk with good clean bathrooms.

Bathroom stalls have stainless steel toilets, so be ready for the cold!

First tvisit was amazing bring a bike there are small, mid sized, and very large ramps also a cool little workout areas with chin up bars and a kind of park our training area. Somewhat unique adult layout but still kid friendly, small trampoline, basketball court. You could spend a day here and not get bored

Low impact rubber ground around most of the parkour area. Bark mulched beginners area for kids. Basketball hoops, skateboard/bmx area is outstanding too.

This playground never fails to capture the kids adrenaline! A true pack core park! There is also a basketball pitch and a mountain bike terrain!

This is a park for all ages and type activity. You can bring your bike, do popsicle training for #spartanrace, bring you little Ins to play in sand area. I highly recommend visiting this park

Wow so much to do and equipment made especially for teens plus. A huge bike track, skateboarding, EU handball and bball courts with a large parkour.only thing i didnt enjoy was the power lines overhead

A very exhausting park

But most of the facilities are for kids over 5 years old, although I have seen 3 year olds kids riding scooters in fast and furious style.

Facilities include bicycle and scooter venues, as well as various climbing sticks, and the fancy parkour course in America Ninja

However, there are no facilities such as slides and swings, giving people a kind of sports park dedicated to practicing sports.

This place rocks! Awesome way to spend the day. Has pretty much everything except a water park. FYI bathrooms could use some attending to…

Bike park needs some updating or new features. I don't even know if anyone maintains the jumps

First time there.bathrooms and a water machine for our bottles.every park should have this.there is a couch in the park that needs to be removed

Super fun with two girls age 6 and 8, played basketball and did some parkour! Definitely coming back to rip on the bike track as well, super fun spot to hang out for the afternoon!

Great place for kids to burn off energy by riding, scooting, or climbing. There's even a bathroom facility

At the parkour section.
Kids don't know the discipline. And won't respect the ones that does.

Also needs big time manteinace.

Bars are loose and quite dangerous to use.

It's not a huge park, but there's room for a BMX track, scooter/skateboarding parkour, basketball, hockey, soccer.
Fun for almost all ages.

This 'action' park is aptly named as it offers activity options that won't normally be found at a school playground. The biking and skateboard areas were well attended - even in the 3 degree weather that day.

Great day for the family and bring your own bb, soccer ️ or hockey for the rink or mountain bike for the 2 tracks and finally get moving on the structures of wood etc for balance and parkour. Great day with my granddaughter and wife.

Great place to take your kids! Parkour park was trumped by sledding the hills at the bike park this time round!

I do agree it is one of the best parts to go to there's adult fun kids fun all kinds of fun bring your knee pads elbow pads helmets stuff like that if you're gonna go play on the BMX tracks or the jump you jump tracks you can do anything from the skate park to the trampoline to the parkour if you think you can do it all and then go back home and have energy good luck you didn't do it right it's a 10 star out of a 5 star it is the best place to go yet way to for BC should make a lot more like this congratulations Langley for having the best park in lower mainland

There is so much to do in this park. With a bike track, skate park, parkour playground, and courts, it's hours of fun.

This park is fantastic for bike & scooter lovers and lots of lots of activities to do for kids. Most favorite that trampoline.

We love this park. There's a playground for littles, an action playground for bigger kids, a multiuse court for soccer and basketball and roller hockey etc, bike jumps for more advanced riders, a pump track for more beginners, a skate bowl for smaller wheels.lots of options.washrooms and water fountain too, and a couple picnic tables under a pergola. The only things missing are a dog area and shade ;)

Multiple routes for all skill levels of riders. Dirt and concrete bike paths. Ninja warrior style parkour park with lots of wooden structures for all skill levels. A small trampoline, indoor bathroom, free parking, multisport enclosed arena.

Kids loved it, we will have to come back with the bikes. As the bike pump track, dirt jumps look awesome. Also the bowls looked great for skaters or scooters.

Excellent park for active play
There is:
- mountain bike jump park
- bike, scooter, skate pump track
- basketball, soccer, ball hockey area with 6 nets of each
- wooden post and beam climbing zone
- kids climb and play area
- pick-nick tables and park benches

I honestly expected more. From all the reviews I heard about this park. If you have younger kids I could see it being more fun, or a more established skate boarder maybe. Just not the right time frame for our little family i guess.

A little bit small for an action park but wonderful place from kids to adults. Every part of the park has a place for all!

A good variety of activities for all ages and difficulty levels. Biking, scooters, parkour, obstacle course, basketball court, skate park. Picnic and seating areas available, just bring your own shelter as the trees are still young and small.

Haven't tried the trail yet, but will do next time.

Fun place to take the kids, we visited mainly for the bike jumps, but they have unfortunately been neglected by the city and there are terrible ruts in the landings and a bunch of the wooden jumps have broken slats. Would be a lot more fun if the jumps were better maintained.

Awesome! I've never done Parkour and I haven't worked out in over a year, but I was able to do way more than I expected. My kids lived it too! It's great to have a junior Parkour too. Can't wait to bring the bikes next time to try the course out. Parking was easy and the place was really busy. Lots of picnic space.

This place is awesome. The only thing that would make it the best place ever would be a spray park! (Wink Wink) lol. This is a bike and parcore park only. Something for all skill levels.

Love this place. Scooter pump track, bike pump track, dirt jumps parkour for big and small. Also, a court for basketball and soccer. Fun place to spend a few hours.

Large parkour park with multi-sport sports boxes and a skate/bike park. The largest Parkour in Canada. The only improvement would be increased cleaning of the washrooms.

We took a quick look around, but it was absolutely packed with kids and parents. There was no way to distance safely, and because so many were not wearing masks, we ended up leaving. Apparently 4 in the afternoon on a rainy Saturday during a pandemic is not the time to go.

It was very very busy. There isn't any shade, so it was also very hot. Good if your kids like parkour / climbing, but there wasn't much to hold my 6 year old's interest. Better for older kids.

Children love this place. Lots of activities under parents eyes. Just missed more picnic tables, recommended take one if you have.

Good bike park with lots of activities for children and benches to relax and watch. Lots of people (too many for me to be comfortable) not practicing distancing or wearing masks.

Jumps could use some work, the parkour park is well maintained but the bike part isn't. The pump track is overgrown with vines and weeds

Such a fun city park for kids and adults alike. We all get a heck of a workout and have a blast at the same time! One of the better local city parks to visit!

Fantastic place for children and overgrown children alike! It has a parkour park, skatepark, mountain bike course, and basketball/hockey court. Fun for the whole family.

This should be the template for how all parks are built! Fun, challenging and engaging for all ages. Why don't we have one in Vancouver?

It is a very good park. It is big enough that there is enough area for scooter, bike and climbing area. There is a mini trampoline in the climbing side. There is a walking route u can walk around. There is also a big basketball or soccer court. Very good park for kids.

Good place for kids and teens alike to hang out. The only concerning thing was the high voltage wires on top of the park. The buzzing from the voltage wires makes me think it makes this place a little unsafe.

Went specifically for the pump track on our longboards- it isn't really particularly feasible for longboards. Everything else though, was extremely high quality seemingly.

Great park with lots of things to do for everyone. Basketball/soccer courts are a great addition that more paths could use.

Its a great park. Kids have lot of fun and challenge themselves with the various obstacle courses. Bike park and bowl is awesome as well. Well maintained.

A great park with lots to do. People need to be more diligent & not let their dogs run around off leash, it's a park for Humans, not an off leash dog park. Many people were following the rules, however there is always an inbred in the crowd

Penzer action is such an incredible place for fun activities, the park has everything! Basketball courts, road hockey courts, a BMX park, a skateboard park, and of course the parkour park. You can spend all day here trying out numerous ways to get active. Or injure yourself. But in all seriousness it is an extremely unique place and great for the whole family. There are also public washrooms.
