Would rate lower if I could. Unfortunately purchased our wedding bands through this location and now have to come in regularly to have the bands inspected as per the warranty. Never have I ever experienced such unfriendly people as the sales people in this store. The one we dealt with at purchase was friendly.but the women I have dealt with since.horrendous. Seem irritated that I am there to have the rings inspected and just noticed they did not properly sign off on my last inspection. Not sure how people secure employment or maintain it. I will endeavour to remember to check your lousy work in the future to ensure my insurance remains in effect

So far I have had only good experiences at Peoples. We bought our engagement/wedding rings there and they have been great about cleaning it, inspecting it and even replaced a missing diamond. Naveena was very helpful today!

I bought some jewelry during People’s pre-Christmas sale, and paid in advance. It had to be ordered from the manufacturer. However, it turned out that they were unable to deliver since they no longer made that piece. The manager of the Kelowna People’s store was extremely professional and helpful in getting a refund cheque to me. I would definitely shop there again the next time I’m looking to buy an article of jewelry.

Walked in to get an engagement ring and the Manager Mac helped my selection and finding process SUPER easy and he was very helpful and gave me multiple options and suggestions.

Ya know its funny how i have and wife have over the years spent money on rings for her and i. Then just yesterday i went there and the 2 ladies couldnt take time to look somthing up for me. All they say is we are out of stock.

If you would like your jewellery to come back in one piece, don't go to Peoples. My boyfriend bought me a beautiful ring in Mexico but unfortunately was one size too big. Against better judgement I took it to Peoples to get resized. The ring came back the right size but after an hour after wearing it, the stone fell out. Took it back to Peoples and I was told "no problem, we will get it fixed. " A WHOLE MONTH LATER I receive a phone call saying "Sorry your ring cannot be fixed, it wasn't our fault, too bad. " Anyone who knows ANYTHING about repairing jewellery knows that to resize a ring, the stone needs to be removed. Now I am left with a ring band and stone. Thank you Peoples for ruining this one of a kind gift.
