Yoshi and team are so and amazing.

There is an incredibly thoughtful and personal customer experience that I feel each and every time I visit.

After switching over from another pharmacy - I could not recommend Peoples Pharmacy enough. Thanks so much to this wonderful team who make a delight out of what used to be a chore.

This is the BEST pharmacy in the Westshore area! Excellent customer service with a staff dedicated to their work as well as to their clients. They take extra care to remember client names, have prescriptions ready upon arrival, and to educate about the medicines they are dispensing (how to identify any side effects, length of time for effectiveness to be noticeable, and proper dosage). They will work with clients regarding prescription costs, and directed me how to apply for coverage when I needed it. They really went above and beyond!

Thank you Yoshi for your kindness and your constant care specially when it's something I don't understand and you don't get tired of explaining things to me LOL it's nice to have young people who are friendly these days and your whole team there they're pretty awesome people too I'm trying to get one of my friends to switch from Rexall over to you guys but I think Rexall been there go to forever but you will be my number one choice of pharmacy and people

I used to have my medications filled at a big box commercial pharmacy, and after speaking with a friend about the long wait times for a routine re-fill she recommended People's Pharmacy on Sooke Road and praised the efforts of the staff and the fantastic Pharmacist, Yoshi. The entire process from transferring my prescriptions to filling and picking up has been seamless from the jump! I now understand the praise and highly recommend if you're in the Western Communities (Colwood/Langford/View Royal) consider People's as an option for your prescription needs.

Yoshi and staff are all amazingly helpful and go out of their way to provide good customer service in a way that many places don't anymore. We love how knowledgeable all of the staff are and the way they will go out of their way to get you the information asked for.
