Perc's Place

The coffee is great. The atmosphere is great. I have never tried there food so I can not give stars for that.

Best place around for a coffee or something to eat. The drinks are great and the breakfast sandwich options she has are amazing. Every time I go the staff is so friendly and kinda i definitely recommend trying this place.

Great little place! Had a decaf caramel macchiato with a cinnamon bun/croissant and the carrot cake. Was so yum!

Came cause it was the only place open at 7am and the service was so good I was blown away. Best service I’ve gotten in Kelowna so far. And the food was so good I’m going to make this my new go to breakfast spot

The Kelowna Caffeine Crawl continues with Perc's Place. This is a great place to hang and catch up with friends. We saw easily a dozen groups of locals hanging out and chatting over a morning coffee. This is definitely the local social hub for many folks.

The barista was friendly and knew everyone who came in by name and she was super fast as she handled the rush without breaking a sweat.

Great little coffee spot. Good selection of bakery treats and your typical coffee shop variety beverages. Prices seemed reasonable and it wasn't very busy allowing for a spot to sit for a quick visit. If I was close I'd head back.

Popped in to this place to grab a coffee while my car was being serviced. There was one lady behind the counter and a young man sitting at a table, who were engaged in a conversation. So engaged that it was as if I wasn’t even there. Certainly no greeting of any kind when I entered the shop, no smile, no nod. Nothing. The server didn’t even appear to be preparing an order or seem to be busy with anything other than chatting with the one other customer there.
I only waited a couple more minutes of being ignored before leaving. Another disappointing customer service FAIL.

I love trying out new-to-me local establishments. I recently received a gift card for Perc’s Place. It is amazing! I ordered a blended mocha and a rocky road bar, and both were delicious. The woman who served me was kind, and I could tell this place is well-loved by its regulars, as I watched the friendly interactions she had with other customers. I will definitely be returning for the delicious treats, lovely atmosphere, and caring customer service.

The best place to get coffee in Kelowna. Everything about Perc's is amazing quality. Food, coffee, service, atmosphere. Highly Recommend!

This place is so refreshing to go to. Genuinely friendly service/staff. Very good Americanos, and a good selection of pastries, breakfast/lunch items. All in all - can't go wrong here.

Can't speak for the food or coffee; didn't want it when none of the employees had masks.

Don't have smoothies on the menu, but didn't hesitate to mix one up for my daughter's. And the brekky bagel is to die for! Excellent service, great food!

" our coffee machine broke, I'm going home Early". And just like that, she locked the doors and left 5 of us outside at 3: 15pm. #customerservicefail

I like this place for a coffee and a treat and always would go there before going to a movie. However the last three times, as soon as I walk in they announce they will be closing in a few minutes, before their normal closing time. Today they told 6 people to leave as they were going to close. Was obviously not the owner working.

Great coffee and a cute atmosphere. Their prices are no higher than Starbucks, but it's they make lattes just as well and you're supporting a local business.
Love that they support local artists, and they have a great patio area.

Outstanding coffee and service. You have to try the oat milk latte! Highly recommend supporting this owner operated business.

Really good drinks but this is the secound week in a row that they have closed early. I even showed up earlier today than I did last week.

Hands down one of the best coffee shops I've been to. Nicest owner in the world, good food, and blows Starbucks out the water. If you want a good cup, and a bite. Here would be the place to go for a visit.
