I've been using Permanent Irrigation for a couple of years. Customer service is not their strength. They never show up on time.always have excuses but they wont tell you their tech isn't showing up. You have to call them and ask them why no-one has showed up when you took a day off work to make sure someone is home. I will never use this company again.

Johnny and the other technician were polite, professional and worked to find the most effective solution to our problem.
We appreciated the prompt response from the office to arrange an appointment.

Their on-site staff aren't professional. They were installing and irrigation system and also planting some plants in courtyard. They've been informed to not smoke within the courtyard space (air intake is in the court yard) and to step off property but they continue to smoke on property. The courtyard also has a number of ground level units with fenced off patios. They will trespass into these patios to use the hose bibs without checking in with owners. When asked what they are doing, they were very rude. Just be very cautious with their staff!

I’ve used permanent to install and service my system for five years including some breaks and realignment. They are prompt, professional and reasonably priced.

Correction- they are now returning emails but only after a negative review. If you want this company’s attention? Give a negative review.

Eric Roy is the dude in charge: I injured myself at work. Didn’t get paid for that day. He said I could return when I was healed. Then ghosted me for 2 weeks. I needed to be looking for other work. I struggled to make rent. This goofball knows who I am. Once a liar always a liar. If he replies again, I will post a screen shot of our email conversations.

Treat people better and you will not get negative reviews.

Perhaps begin start ups a little earlier in the season as when the hot weather hits having your system ready to go is helpful especially if any repairs are required.

One of my circuit valves would not open and the wiring was difficult to trace. Permanent Irrigation to the rescue and problem fixed quickly.
