Had the worst experiences with Peggy. She is very unprofessional and impatient. Tells customers off rudely and does not even help one bit. Seems very unaware of situations. She is ONLY helpful if you look or speak Cantonese!

Simon made renewal ultra quick and painless. I highly recommend him and Perpetual if it needs to be done right and quickly.

The taxes where right on the bill of sale but they insisted it was a lower amount now I have icbc coming after me for more money. What a pain.

Always double check they are charging you the correct amount for tax. So you don't get hit with an extra tax bill 6 months later.
