Super friendly and knowledgeable gentleman at the till on Saturday 18/2023. A little bit of everything in that little. Pleasantly surprised.

They have lots of variety in their products and especially in Persian goods (bread, spices, dried goods, etc). Prices are very reasonable. Friendly individual service

Great selection and awesome prices. Very friendly staff. This store carries the delicious Bulgarian feta cheese!

You can find all kind of produce at affordable prices (cheaper then in other stores along Commercial drive).
Cleanliness of the store and shopping basket are sometimes questionable, and very often you have to wait for the cashier!?)

This is my favorite place for groceries, especially produce, and trying new things. Staff is so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The prices are unmatched. Can't recommend this place enough.

You can find latinamerican vegetables and fruits though to get them in Canada, this is the perfect place to go every time

Very yummy fresh spinach pies. See them right in the window. So good. Serve them up warm and only $4 so excellent value

Probably the best shop on Commercial Drive for fresh produce and middle eastern goods. Very affordable prices, friendly staff, amazing selection of specialty foods. A real East Van gem.

Decent produce with reasonable prices. You can find all sorts of persian products from iran and around the world. They have their own meat shop, bakery and sell different nuts, dairy, bread and herbs and vegetables.

Made an appointment for an oil change 3 weeks ago. Took over 40 minutes to check me in. Totally unacceptable.

Persia Market on Main st.is a Clean retail Store with a nice management team and helpful staff that sells all food products an Iranian like me needs for Persian cuisine. Their deals on fresh herbs and vegetables are competitive. I certainly come back.

Friendly staff and some really unique items are why I keep coming back. Great place to get nuts, Yerba mate tea, hot sauces, and of course middle eastern canned goods. The produce is hit or miss, often soggy, not a consistent selection. The store is a bit ragged too, could use a bit of a deep clean and some touch ups.

My double vaccinated wife was ILLEGALLY refused entry and services for not wearing a mask by the exceptionally rude staff. (Masks are no longer mandatory and can NOT be enforced, especially for those of us fully vaccinated)
The staff are usually rude but today was the last straw.
We went one block north to Triple A Groceries instead. Told the owner about Persian Foods refusing entry and service and the nice staff gave us some FREE nectarines to make up for the bad attitude we recieved from Persian Foods.
There are many better grocery stores in the drive with MUCH nicer staff.

I shopped at North Vancouver and West Broadway location and customer service is at barn level. After standing in line for a long time, the store manager kept directing the cashier to ringing in Blueberries while it was my turn. At north vancouver, I also came across many rude behaviours from staff too. I guess there is a trade off for cheap prices.

Couldn't find non processed broad beans anywhere but here. They have an amazing collection of dried fruits and nuts.

I like the place but on 2 occasions I have bought things there that aren't from the place they write on the sign. Things from USA are labeled local yet it's clear they aren't.

I am living in West Vancouver but I really like this location because not only everything is clean and organized but also customer service is at a high level. I appreciate Reza who works there as a manager he is so polite and he knows how should keep satisfying customers.

Best price to buy Iranian stuff in GV. I'd give 4stars for quality though, since sometimes their goods are too old.

With no doubt this branch is the best in all Persia foods branches because of costumer service.last time when I had a problem there, a young guy solved my problem very well. I think he was supervisor there but unfortunately I don't know his name.he looks like to Canadian but he is Persian.

There is a sign on the door during this pandemic that says only 5 customers are allowed, but there is no one to enforce it and no one cares. Today there were like 9 people in the store and you have to walk past people in the tight aisles. There is a reason why there is a limit for customers. It's for everyone safety. It is not a joke.

For gods sake why don't you care about safety of your customers and staff?

Good middle eastern (especially Iranian) groceries. Just make sure to check the expiration dates on them.

Great selection of produce at the best prices in the lower mainland. However I feel as if late, they’re keeping certain produce items too long and not as fresh. I wanted some bunch spinach and it was limp and lifeless. I needed some fennel and it was all brown and looked near dead. I’m totally OKAY with older produce, as I feel we already waste too much food as a society, but if it’s older and on it’s way out, mark the price down. Their $1 bags are almost unusable, except for maybe bananas for banana bread. Overall though great prices and generally friendly staff

Love this place! I come here for all sorts of stuff it's one of my favorite grocery stores on the drive. Lots of great deals, fresh veg, fair pricing. They've got bulk items and lots of coffee and tea to choose from. The only place I go to get big bags of rice!

Service is friendly but quality of produce is not terribly high, with an abundance of alternative options in the neighbourhood.

Produce is very, very cheap but also very ripe. Lettuce and other greens from here will not last past a few days, and they don't stock delicate things like berries or ripe stone fruits.

Good selection of produce, as well as pantry staples. Lots of cheap teas, spices, and nuts, as well as ethnic foods.

Produce, random German chocolate, dried goods, and pita bread! Have to pick through produce some times, but can usually get pretty fresh "in" season things

Fresh, affordable, great price for bulk feta (Macedonian is delicious) and always something to buy that is a whole new experience (except perhaps if you are from the Mediterranean)

Today I went, out of curiosity, to the “Persia Foods”. I just wanted to see what for food they have. I was positively surprised that, in contrast to its name, this store offered a lot of European products. I did not intend to buy anything; but I left with a heavy bag. They had items that I was not able to get at the European grocery store in my area. The staff was friendly. The only improvement would be to have smaller basket since the large ones are not so useful in the narrow aisles.
I certainly will go there and shop again some day.
