Perspective Optometry - Dr. M.K. Randhawa

Deserves zero star. My appointment is at 12: 30, and now it's already 1: 25 pm and I'm still waiting forever.
I don't recommend this place. They will waste your time.

Would highly recommend Dr. Randhawa for her expertise. Very knowledgeable and honest about her diagnosis. Taking out 1 star due to wait times on some occasions.

As always, our visit was great! Dr. R is incredible with the kids and they actually love going to the eye doctor! Dr. R is a rockstar! And so is Roxxie!

Horrible wait time here, be prepared to wait over an hour of your scheduled appointment. The staff seem to not care about people having other things to do with their time then to be sitting around all day waiting for the optometrist. Will not be returning

Had an absolutely wonderful experience at this clinic. Dr is super knowledgeable, friendly, and the staff at front desk is wonderful. They helped me pick out a great pair of glasses! Will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to all my family/friends.

Dr Randhawa and staff are lovely, very friendly, efficient and knowledgable. They helped me with my binocular disfunction and I truly feel they listened to my concerns and helped me understand and treat my condition. My family and I have gone to Dr. Randhawa for over a decade and it feels like she is a part of our family. We have recommended all of our family and friends to go to her. She has created a warm and welcoming environment for all of her patients. The front staff is amazing and always greet the patients with big smiles and laughs. Dr. Randhawa is the best in the game!

What an experience! Dr. Randhawa is so genuinely happy to help and takes the time to educate and explain so much about eye health. Not to mention the experienced staff that help pick out frames suited for the reason you’re getting them but will also make you look good too!

As many people have mentioned in other reviews, wait times are a significant issue at Perspective Clinic - be prepared to wait at least an hour even if your appointment is in the morning as the Optometrist is always late most likely due to over-booking patients.

We have been to this clinic over several years and having to wait an hour plus is a consistent issue. The staff are friendly and the Optometrist is pleasant but they don't seem to realize that waiting over an hour with kids for a 5 min appointment is not reasonable. The staff's default answer seems to be "they were dealing with emergencies causing the delay". Unfortunately, they also don't seem to respect people's busy schedules as we have had to miss other planned activities waiting for our appointment.

Because of the wait times, we will be looking for a new clinic for future appointments.

Fantastic, life changing treatment for my son. Wish I had known about Vision Therapy earlier as the regular optometrist just kept on increasing my son’s prescription. Amazing results- amazing doctor - she truly cares a lot - and amazing staff. Always a positive experience.

Loved my experience here. Amazing staff and Dr. Randhawa was kind, funny and very good. She gave me great advice and told me what I could expect in the years to come. Plus gave me tips on how to help with my dry eyes.
