Pet Food 'N More

I used to love coming here because I love to support local and small owned businesses, and it’s located conveniently for me. The selection has gotten better through the years and the past staff was so friendly and helpful and seemed to genuinely like being there and care for the pets that came by.

However, the last few months I’ve seen a south asian employee working there (not sure if she’s a manager, usually seen her at the main till) in her 30s or 40s with a stocky build that is the rudest, unhelpful and unproductive person I’ve ever come across there. If the store is empty and you come in, she doesn’t greet you or give any inviting feeling at all. She never offered help, or looked like she’s working. I’ve barely come here now mostly because of her but when I have, I’ve seen her on her phone and noticed other customers try to avoid going to her till probably for the same reason. I’m not sure how she managed to get hired but I think this needs to be revised. Despite this, the other times I’ve been here and have seen some new and younger employees, they’ve been really friendly and are doing their job even if it’s not busy. Hope to come back if this employee gets an attitude check or is no longer there!

This review is exclusively for the new black sales associate and is for a visit from today (august 9). The quality of your service is terrible.
Your reception is terrible. Your manners are worse. It is basic courtesy to inform customers of additional charges or charges for bags. I also know for a fact that my number is in your system so I know that you “not finding it” is intentional and just to be stubborn.

This place is great. Its cheaper then bosleys by significant margins (for the exact same stuff) and there is always enough staff, so you get help right away. I always drive a little further to swing by this place for my pet stuff.

Really good customer service! First time having a pet puppy, they helped us with everything.

Two young fellows befriended my 15-yr-old kitty and sure made she felt welcomed. It was a wonderful experience to witness. They were helpful, knowledgeable about their product lines and great ambassadors for Pet Food & More!

Friendly staff. Always stocked with what I am looking for. Have yet to try the pet wash area.

In store, the place is fairly big, has most of anything you may need for a dog, cat or small animal. Online is simple and convenient. Curbside delivery and open decently enough. Manager sounds educated and compassionate to furry babies alike. I'd say, it's a yay for me!

Unfortunately the more I visited this store/location the more I was disappointed. Sucks because it was the only place that had firstmate chicken and rice
