Our go to store for all things canine and feline. Staff are so knowledgeable and very attentive. They always have multiple options or suggestions from picky eaters to litter box issues and feline escape artists. Have recommended them to many friends and everyone has had similar experiences. Thankyou!

When my dachshund had back problems Sharon helped me in getting some supplies I needed to help him. He walked again after a few months of rest. Thank you Sharon. You are the best!

I am never disappointed here! They pretty much always have what I need, and when they don't, they make every effort to find it for me. Their staff is fantastic and super knowledgeable. My dog has a huge amount of allergies (no grains or wheat, limited protein, etc) and their store really has a lot of options for her. I love this place!

The sales associate was extremely helpful and had great knowledge of the various cat food brands/ products. They also have great hours - convenient for the working pet parents!

I was passing through the mall yesterday when my dog caught a glimpse of his favourite Person at Pet Food and More. It was funny to watch as he pulled me toward the store to see her. We drove off with a a new toy, new treats and a smile on our faces.
Sharon, you are great for business because you are great to customers!

Pet Food n More at 203rd Street is our favourite playground. My canine friends, Stanley and Gryph, bring me there regularly.
Dogs know how to find joy in every moment but it is rare to find humans dedicated to the same practice. This picture epitomizes that talent. Buying dog food should just be a chore but Sharon reminds us that eating well, having friends, savouring community and restocking the treat shelf, is an event to be celebrated!
Thank you for making every visit into a party! You, Brian, Pat and Heather are the reason we keep coming back!

A large, bright, and relatively clean store at the West end of town. They have a fair selection, they don't carry Hills Science Diet products. They seem to have a larger variety of brands associated with Diet Related Dilated Cardiomyopathy in dogs.

I formerly gave this store 5 stars, but following a recent violating and ableist experience at the store, I've changed my review.

It is common for pet shops to give your pet a treat after checking out, and my highly intelligent working dog-in-training has come to anticipate this treat. Shops are usually very good about asking if he can have one and lean across the counter and offer him a bit of dehydrated liver or other small tidbit. But, on this occasion, the store clerk came around the check-out desk and proceed to try and run my working dog through a series of tricks. As soon as I realized what she was doing I asked her to stop, "Please stop". It is highly presumptuous for anyone to assume permission to give a stranger's dog a directive, that they know what a dog has or has not been trained to do, what words and/or hand signals were employed for what tasks, what stage of training they are in, and if they are a working dog or not. It is problematic and confusing for a dog who is motivated by and anticipating a reward. It is ableist to assume that every person is comfortable with a stranger in their personal bubble.
This isn't the reason for changing my review, however, it was their contemptuous and ableist response to my boundary and request to not ask my dog to perform for them that crossed the line from an awkward encounter to violating and discriminatory.

The small business, Pet Food 'N More, would benefit from sensitivity training for working with diverse customers of all abilities, and a greater understanding of the Human Rights Code and the Guide Dog and Service Dog Act in BC, as well as a basic understanding of what constitutes ableism and discrimination.

Our regular place to pick up chow for the puppy. Appreciated the info on the type of food, and the loyalty card gives you a free bag every 12 bags, that's handy.

Having decent brands of food is important to us. Thanks guys.

Management is rude and the staff isn't helpful. I ended up walking out with nothing and I won’t be back.
