I'm not a resident of the Peter Wall building, but the reason I decided to write my review is because of the best customer service I've had so far. The manager of the building, Zanka, is a person with a smile, very kind, with positive energy. She did everything to make me feel welcome in the Peter Wall building. I have never seen such a wonderful approach to new/prospective tenants. Thank you Zanka.

I hate this place. Its so bright in the lobby. There is no privacy! The management office is like right there. So there is no sense of personal space. This isnt a place to call home. Its more of a communal area where people just live and be up everyone business. No personal privacy at all. Ive lived in so many condos. And never has one been so bright in the lobby. So far not impressed with yaletown at all

I moved into the Peter Wall building in February where I was faced with straight up racism, this woman said to me “Theres no chocolate people in this building”.

This is just one of many incidents, this woman is completely unprofessional her prejudice has blinded her ability to see me as human or equal. Based solely on the colour of my skin

I have lived at this building now for 3 months, she ignores me and refuses to acknowledge me as a tenant.

In all my years ive never felt so attacked and uncomfortable, Peter Wall is not safe for black bodies. I feel unwelcome, by this women the most racist manager ive had the misfortune of encountering. I will never live in such a place again and if you love yourself and are black do not subject yourself to the abuse I endured. Im hurt and shocked. Im moving out end of the month and will do everything in my power to get justice #blacklivesmatter

If you are "lucky" as me, you will hear your above neighbours stomping.
The balconies are specious and enclosed which makes them perfect for hanging out and partying and that's what many tenants do here.

I've been genuinely enjoying living in Peter Wall for more than a year now, and I have no severe complaints so far. The location is a top, amazing view from our apartment and managers are always there to help. And fresh flowers are always there as a pleasant sight in the hall.

This place is great to live if you like:
- Disorganized management
- Having neighbours who smoke and management that does not do anything about it
- Waiting 15+ minutes for an elevator on the weekends

Personally I am writing this review because I had cancelled parking, management confirmed that they cancelled my parking but I still got charged. I moved out and received my deposit but the management has not responded to any of my messages asking about where my parking refund is.

It took me over 2 months to find this place. I rented the 2 bedroom on the 47 Th floor. Slightly smaller than my last place at Vancouver house, but this place has much bigger covered patio, and air conditioning. I’m saving 2k a month, so I was impressed considering I viewed over 20 apartments in this price range. Only 3 years old, but feels brand new.

I have been leaving in this building for 1.5 years. So far, I cannot find any negative sides of residing here. Responsive management, quiet neighbors, well-equipment gym. Everything you need for your comfort is here.

I've lived here for 3 years now, and have no complaints, management is always kind and responsive. Building is nice, and a convenient distance to all you need!

We've been the first tenants of our initial apartment in this building (so moved in just after it was built) and the management team has been the same throughout our entire time of living there.

Very very dog friendly (and overall pet friendly) building, always clean, management responds to any questions, inquiries or complaints very quickly, the gym has a good variety of options and a door to the outdoor- seating area for fresh air, balconies and windows (bye bye smelly gyms!)

We've always been pretty lucky with our neighbors and the noise cancellation between rooms and the individual apartments is very good, as long as windows are closed.

Balconies have an amazing view, on the "downtown side" you can even see the annual fireworks from the comfort of your home, as well as the most gorgeous sunsets!

In my opinion you definitely get what you pay for - a fantastic apartment with convenient location and good amenities, (+ so so much natural light). I would recommend it at any time!

I lived in this building for.more than a year and I never had any issue. Building management team is friendly and very responsive for any request.

Been here since Jan 2018, absolutly loved the place. Good pricing range compare to other new buildings in Downtown. Managment team is great and very helpfull. 100% recomended for anyone who needs a place in downtown with good neighberhood.

LIVED THERE FOR TWO YEARS AND STAFF WERE ALWAYS GREAT AND THE PLACE KEPT CLEAN. FITNESS FACILITY IS SUPERB.
