Couldn't believe it last night went to do our monthly fuel up the snotty new cashier limits me to 120 with my prepaid Petro cards! Like really? Went elsewhere, guess payment isn't very nessasary there! We spend about 500+ there every month now this is how I'm treated suddenly.

This has to be the most unsafest Petro Canada in Kelowna. A continuous homeless problem camp in the parking lot making it very uneasy to visit. Imagine the staff not feeling to safe either. A corporation as big as Petro Canada they can do a better job protecting their customers!

Green hair boy kid is just utterly racist. Kid is straight up rude.pull out asian accent to make fun of me. When I confronted him and he said that is how he speaks instead of simple apology. So I guess this stores staff make fun of every asian customers.

Next to a homeless shelter, full of deadbeats in the parking lot. Dont go in to pay for your gas and leave your car unlocked.

My advice is to avoid this Petro and the surrounding area in general. Your bound to see something crazy almost everytime you visit this Petro. Oh and also don't make eye contact with all the druggies and violent spun out crackheads all around and in the store. I've been to many rough spots in Canada but this Petro on Leathead is definitely the worst. Dear manager/owner:
Hire security on site! Why should the paying customers have to feel fear at your gas station?
Are you not aware of all the people camped out of your gas station or the drug addicts shooting up in your parking lot?
I will definitely not be supporting this Petro anytime soon. You should be selling bear spray at the door for customers protection.or just pay the money to ensure the paying customers feel safe.

Usually less busy, and sometimes cheaper gas than a few blocks closer to town. Clean and full store.

The staff here are AMAZING and super friendly. I loved going into this Petro. You guys are great.

This place is great. The older lady with long blonde hair is hilarious. Makes me laugh everytime I go in there. And the younger guy with green hair has the best customer service I have ever seen.

Used to go here most days before work for coffee. Then some kid got hired and very aggressively accused me of stealing after looking at a protein bar that was placed in plain view of the front till. I looked at it to see what was in it and very obviously put it back on the shelf and went to pay for my coffee and muffin. Then he decided to accuse me of putting it in my pocket. Turned out my pockets right in front of him and said come look but he never moved. Just continued and refused to accept he was wrong. Won't be going here anymore while he's around. I was a regular customer and this was where I filled the company truck as well, nevermind always getting my coffee here. Too bad. Only giving 2 stars because the coffee was decent.

What, it's a gas station. The counter people are eager to assist. Most places aren't so helpfull.

Well set up. Public washrooms available. Coffee is pretty good. Store is well set up and kept up. Servos is good inside. Pay at the pump is nice.
