Full service has been mentioned but no service is available, employees just watch and chatting with each other, also employees don't serve to Indian, if they see some British customers are there they run to help, this behavior is not acceptable, very bad service ever seen.

Left a review here a couple years back, good to see nothing has changed. Attendants hiding inside chatting away, while everyone waits at the pump. It's like a game of chicken, they try and wait you out to see if you'll get tired of waiting and just pump it yourself. Who's hiring these guys?

Did not accept the points app and blaming customers and even full service but didn't provide

The staff here is amazing. Gagan went above and beyond to help me fill up my oil. I was panicked, unaware which oil to use or how to do it, and he kindly asked another employee to assist the cash register so he could help me. He was so kind, and so helpful. I'm extremely grateful for the service I received today. Thank you, Gagan!

Every morning.
It says they open at 6.well how come when I get here at 6 they don't open for another 10 to 15 minutes, some days it's good but most days it's not

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Doesn't matter what time of day I come here, this is a full service gas station, and I always end up having to do it myself. No one is ever around, and I can see the guys hiding beside the building.

Second time going there for 6am when they are to open. First opened up 5 min late. Today waited 20 min and still no one.

It would appear the manager dos not think it might be part of a good plan to inform his customers that thay are closed for 6 weeks and when they open I will not wast my time going back there when I can fuel Mitch cheeper at chevron and will incorage others to do the same
