I don’t know why, but I always have bad luck at this Petro. And I love trying to support all Petro Canada’s hoping they are still truly Canadian owned. I won’t mention the past incidents at the store, but just today again I could not buy a Coca-Cola bottle with my $50 bill because they said they had no change. I would figure a multi million dollar company should have change, but I guess the world is going in this odd and weird cash-less direction

I have been a long time customer but horrible customer service has lost them a regular customer.

I simply asked for toilet paper and the worker answered in the rudest way possible. "IDK" points to the back. Pretty much like what Evers there. How do you not know, you work there.he was annoyed. 0 points

The staff called harman was incredibly rude, and was on her phone when I was standing there. Gave me a horrible look when i asked for a $20 ticket, when she punched in a ticket for $5. Didn't even give me it until i asked and just gave a a stare. If there was 0 stars id give this petrol station that

I drove in because the sign says $1.99 per liter and the pump says $1.99 for regular gas. For the 5 gas stations I drove by, this seemed to be the cheapest. BUT THE RECEIPT SHOWS OTHERWISE! I paid $2.14 per liter. Called the guy (with a gibber gabber english) and he said the sign and pump is not updated. Unfortunately, I drove away when I saw the details of my receipt. DISHONEST PEOPLE HERE! I would recommend checking your receipt and go see the cashier OR BETTER TO NOT GO HERE.

If you ever tried using this place regularly, you understand how bad the service is. The staff exude contempt and are beyond lazy. Management is non existent. One of the worst businesses in Vancouver.

The selection of munchies is okay but nothing special. Tonight i went to wait in the line while the two younger east indian gentlmen were working and the one cashier was so busy talking to his coworker and not paying attention to the customers i was waiting for a bit in line even though he was right at the cash register. He was talking so much to his coworker that was working the other cash register that he didnt notice one of my items and had already put the transaction through then realised he wasnt paying attention and was going to ring it through. Bad customer service and snacks at this location.

Generally the cheapest gas price in Vancouver. Store also has an RBC ATM and the staff are very courteous. They allow public to use the washroom. Great job guys!

I couldn't find my wallet on way home yesterday, and I needed fuel. Scraped together all the change in my car which was mostly dimes an nickels. The guy behind the counter was super friendly and helpful. Accepted the change. And with the pandemic still going on, I don't think he had too. It was greatly appreciated. Thank you

Laughed at me while they changed the amount of my credit card purchase at the pump so I had to redo until I just left
Rude people if this how the managers let staff act I won’t ever return

Staffs are not trained and don’t know how to provide customer service. They are on the personal phone calls while customers are waiting in a huge line up. The same experienced happened couple of times.

The only Petro and gas station that did a propane tank exchange past 10pm. This place is great and the customer service was exceptional tonight. Thank you for all your help! Plus added bonus they sell old Dutch Mexican chili flavored chips. My night is complete. I will be back here again even though it's out of the way. They have everything you need here after hours! Compressed air machine. Ice. A Royal Bank Machine. They even let you in the store to shop.

Had a problem with my card, the self-payment system charged me without using it, and the staff was really supportive and helpful!

I used to go here after school to get snacks and such.their prices are okay, slushies are tasty.

I only come here for the ATM. I don't buy gas here even with 3 cents off as an RBC customer, still too expensive compared to other stations nearby.

Looked online to see if it had Petro Can Mobility. Took the bus down at 7am to buy a Sim card and was told they don't carry them. (Sat Jan 12th). Do not go here if you are looking for a Sim card, no matter what the website says.

With stations getting harder to find, this location is right ar Braodway and Knight. Forget about turning left off Broadway or Knight, so plan your entry ahead of time. The lot is a little small, as can be expected in Vancouver, so if it is busy it can be a bit tricky maneuvering around the other customers.
