Hi everyone, it’s been 5 months that I have been visiting this place every 3 or 4 days. Today I decided to put a review since i go to this place whenever I go through this city. It’s been a great stop point for me with lots of parking space, variety of food and other products, as well as hot beverages and cold beverages, station cleanness and a very respectful employee `` REET’’. REET is very professional and a kind person which I haven’t seen in any other gas station. By the time you step in the store she starts greeting you in a very professional way and she’s always smiles which makes it easy to ask questions regarding anything in store. I have seen a review some reviews which is disappointing and totally false. There are some people which their expectations are to much. We should not expect to get a employee to give you their number or any other type of contact info because their job is to take care of customers and greetings, answering any questions regarding products or store related services! They’re not in there to (flirt) or (give romantic looks) to the customers and you should not expect this kind of stuff. Be professional with a customer service representative or any other kind of employees.

Went to petro just 10 minutes ago and the customer service was very bad. Me and my friends always visit this gas station to get coffee and gas while commuting every 2-3 weeks. Whenever I visited there, i was served by REET. Whenever we entered the store she never said hello or anything, while paying for stuff she never greeted us, she never asked if we want to buy something else or not, after paying she never offered us receipts. Whenever we visited here, she was always on phone chatting or talking with someone over phone. Me and my friends are also working at gas station and more busier than this station and we know everything depends on your customer service.

Friendly staff. Great coffee. Everything included washroom very clean. The attached restaurant is very good. Extremely good prices anf an all day breakfast

The First Gas Station When Coming into Cache Creek from the West. Offer Air, Gas, Propane plus have a Restaurant by why eat here when you could go to Horstings. It's a Petro with that Canada Flag. I fill so Canadian filling here.

Bathrooms were always clean:) major bonus when travelling with children. Lots of merchandise to look through. Loved stopping at this gas station on our trips just to shop:) however the worker there could use a cheer camp or something, his personality was really dull and unwelcoming.

The same bank machine still doesn't work right and I really believe the place needs decent updated washrooms and more.after all, tourists travel through at all times.

On the correct side of the road when driving north. Gas pumps no problem. Washroom ok. All services required were met.

The same bank machine still doesn't work right and I really believe the place needs decent updated washrooms and more.after all, tourists travel through at all times.

Clean bathroom. Decent selection of car accessories. I needed some oil for my drive and they had the right kind!

Pump islands not well stocked. Dirty water in a bucket with a warped squeegee for cleaning windshield and lights. Only one paper towel holder had any paper towels in it.

DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CARD. They ran my buddies card 3 times. Triple billing then refused to make it right. This is how racism starts.

I will not shop here anymore they’re are a bunch scammers.
They will manually enter amounts to charge more so watch out.
