There was a lady working here on Friday afternoon around 3pm. I went to get my car washed so I went inside to pay for it. Once I left I realized half way to the car I didn't have a ticket to scan for the car wash I went back inside and asked for a ticket. The rude lady was like I gave it to you. I'm like sorry I dont have it. She was so adamant that she had given me a ticket so I finally asked her to reprint it and she kept saying I printed it for you. At this point it didn't matter I just wanted the ticket to wash my car since I paid for it. She was so rude and argumentive. All she had to do was reprint the ticket instead of trying to win an argument. You should really hire better staff who aren't rude to customers. I can't remember her name but I think it started with a ch

Stopped by at 8: 30pm for a scratch ticket. She wouldn't sell me one because she'd already put them away for the night. They don't close until 10pm.

They got a new 'system' update recently and nobody can activate any gift cards. This is very inconvenient. The employee's and or owner should address this issue. They have lost all my business cause of this.

Breaking the law by not pumping gas. I pulled up to a pump and waited and waited and nobody came.

The clerk inside saw me and made no effort to come and pump gas.

Got double charged here when I stopped to get gas and when I called to get it straightened out was called a liar and staff was so rude. I was a regular customer there but will never go there again. Got ripped off, called a liar, talked down to and treated so unprofessionally! Go down the street to the next gas station where they are super nice.

Used to be a great gas station now they must give a test to see how stupid or lazy a person is to hire them. And only 1 canadian works there seems racist to me!

This stations full service is laughable the guy just sits in his booth while you server yourself at a full service price. It seems like he makes a point to not look at you basically avoiding having to come pump your gas I’ve been here many times with the same type of service I literally have only had someone pump my gas once ever.

I feel like gas stations are a pretty average experience overall, but there is one attendant who always stands out to me as being so friendly. He has helped me fill up my tire, and for anyone who never has change - this location accepts credit cards for air! (Still think it's crazy to pay for air though)

The girl at the front counter is usually very nice but the attendants seem to purposely avoid fuelling vehicles. As soon as a car pulls in they run inside and hide. When your almost done fueling they come out and ask if you need help? Poor service

This Petro had a lot to hide. They would complaint and not allow you to take a picture of their store's entrance even though they could not be sure if you took the picture or not. They will call you back and argue with you to make sure that you did take the picture (It does not matter if you didn't.). I wonder what they had inside that they got to hide.

Besides that the staff said they don't want to be in the picture. I guess he must not be proud of working at a Petro Canada. Wow.good job Petro Canada. I don't know what freedom of press mean, but I don't think taking picture of a store entrance would have any issues?

So what did the staff do in retaliation? Took a picture of my vehicle. What did I tell them? Go call the cop if they think they are right. They wouldn't. That was kind of sad. Wasted half an hour of my life speaking to someone that wasn't even proud working for his company. Wasted half an hour of my life because a business got a lot to hide.

I don't know men, but if I was to go out of my house, I never expect there is a privacy unless I was in the washroom. To the staff of Petro that argued with me, if you considered a Petro Canada as a washroom, then that is great.

Went to this station for air because my tire was flat. The attendant refused to turn on the tire inflator. She insisted it was coin operated only and she had no way to turn it on. She claimed she couldn't manually turn it on, but offered to put $1 on debit to pay for the air. Lady, if you can charge me a $1 on debit, then obviously you can manually turn it on. Another attendant claimed they "took out" the manual switch to turn on the air. This is a safety issue if someone has a flat. You cannot refuse them air. Lying garbage employees.
