My go-to Petro in Richmond, full service with car wash, air, vacuum etc. Ranjit is always helpful and pleasant.

Can't tap with phone, nor any card for car wash. Need to buy whatever in store before. Don't waste your time here.

I was about to pay for gas today and the staff who were outside forced me to come out to move my car further back so that a pickup truck could have room. Couldn't even wait 2 minutes for me to finish paying and to fill up my tank (I drive a small sedan). The white male in the pickup was rude and kept honking, the staff also closed my tank and wouldnt let me get gas until I moved back. Rather wait and get my gas somewhere else next time.

Gas attendant put 87 in my car even though I told him 91. He didn't look apologetic at all and just walked away. This is not the first time I've had service issues at this gas station. The service at this place is atrocious and if I ever have this has station as a last resort I will pump my gas myself, seeing as the people working there don't even know how to listen to simple instructions.

I always go to auto car wash in gas station because my car’s interior is very clean I just need the outside of my car washed. Usually there are choices I could choose like regular, advanced or ultimate car wash. And you’ll be given a code to enter the wash and go! But this gas station only offers one car wash service at $16 dollars something. However, they do not give out code or password, instead a staff, with very unfriendly attitude will direct you when to go in and put gear on neutral, they try to make as much money as possible to let every car go in one after another, instead of letting the whole process to finish then let the second car go in. My first time visit, which will be my last time on Dec 11 2022 in the morning was so horrible, I saw the sign that said neutral so I put by gear on neutral, but then the sign was off so I put my car on drive mode and had my brake on. Then the impolite staff yelled at me saying I have to outbid my heart on neutral, after saying that, he beeped his access card at the machine it was UNTIL THEN THE NEUTRAL SIGN CAME BACK ON! So I followed the instructions, went in with a neutral gear but the car in front of me was so close I was so afraid that I might bump into his car, so I stepped on my brake to slow down. At this point, the impolite staff came over to yell at me saying since I slammed on my brake, the car behind almost bumped into me. I said the same thing happened to me that’s why I have to I slow down my car otherwise I would be the one hitting the car in front! The impolite staff then said, ”Go back to the end of the line I’ll give you another wash. ” So I followed his instruction, didn’t wait long because they kept letting car go into the wash one by one without waiting. When it was my turn, the impolite staff yelled at me saying, “Why are you here again? I asked you to purchase a new ticket! ” At the end I have to back up with the courtesy of the car at my back backing up as well so that I could finally leave this horrible gas station I will never come back again! The $16 dollars something was a rip off, because the whole car was hit process took less then 2 minutes! The worst automatic car wash and worst service I’ve ever experienced!

I expect a good car wash and a re-do if on the first try it doesn't do a good enough job especially that I got the premium package (the one that comes with petro points). Tonight I showed the Manager one example of missed areas (there were many more), he wiped it with his finger and said "there, its clean" and obviously did not agree to let my car thru the car wash again. In daylight the next day many areas of the car were still dirty. So there you are: bad car wash, bad customer service and dismissive attitude.

Terrible gas station! Automated car wash machine damaged two vehicles at the same time, gas station attendant stopped third vehicle going into car wash machine to prevent more vehicle damage, manager still say its not their responsibility.
Machine car wash damaged two vehicles' tail gate, station manager and Petro-Canada office refused to take responsibility, asked us to claim insurance instead. Needed to pay $300 deductible to get the car fixed. Costed $315 for car wash, ridiculous!
Do not use their car wash, unless you are prepared to pay $315 or more! Go touchless car wash instead, like Shell and ESSO.

I would give zero star to this location if I could!

My car was damaged from the car wash machine and the eon-site employee had arrogant attitude towards me and told me they will not be responsible for anything!

To wash my car using the car wash station at this Petro-Canada station, I went to the petro-Canada station. During the process of washing my vehicle, I heard a scratching sound coming from the back of my vehicle, after the car wash was complete, I parked my vehicle in the parking lot and discovered that there was a severe dent in the top edge of the rear trunk. Petro Canada customer service was not available when I called. After that, I went to the store and told the cashier agent about the incident. He blamed me for coming so late to tell him about it. Besides, I was told by another agent that there was nothing wrong with the car wash, and they would not compensate for the damage to my car. I was so disappointed about this experience, and I just got my new tesla on the same day! Hence, I am writing about this and looking to find a reasonable solution! And to share my experience since there is no help at all!

This gas station workers lazy and very rude. I will never get gas from here anymore one of the worker almost damage my car taking out the pump way too hard (purposely)

After my wash my car had all kinds of dirty marks and had to wait for 15 minutes if the manager show up and telling me the basic car wash no guarantee

DO NOT GO THERE! The lady (station worker) broke my car fuel cap rubber tether. Very poor customer service!

No service! Supposed to be full service but i waited an waited. No one came. Had to fill up myself. Of course i can do that but don't call it full service if there is no service. Several cars in same position

Keep forgot picking up stuff, when i order from uber, one product they have stock but forgot to scan, which makes my whole order less than 20, i have to pay in full and not qualify the coupon minimum requirement.

Really good customer service. I like their car wash, which is a bit pricey but does an excellent job.

If you're paying cash, make sure you check the change. The guy said I paid $10 when I paid $20. I demanded they check the cctv, just like that, the guy gave the proper change. Cheats.
Ps. I found a Debit Card and gave it to the cashier. Now, Im not sure if that was the right choice. Anybody looking for their debit card, make sure you ask for cctv footage if they say they dont have it. I think it was an cibc card.

Kulwinder was super helpful. He really helped me with the air pump. So, he was kind of like a super friendly guy.

Good and polite staff.once i was stuck in the car wash as i forgot to put the car in neutral mode.their staff came right away in my rescue and got me out safely.they even gave me a free wash.

I filled up my car it showed i can go 545 km after I drove 300 meters it was showing 541. It meant something wrong with the

Total attitude from counter attendant, got visably mad that i use a 50 to pay for a under 5 purchase, claimed to not be able to make change and said i should buy more items, said no and thats what i had, suddenly able to make change. Save your self the drama n bs n go somewhere else, thats what im gonna do

The worse service station in the city. Attendants walking around chatting and watching customers pump their own gas.multiple times

Pretty good gas station, I like their carwash quick & clean, they also have friendly staff.

Terrible experience. Been going to this gas station for more than 3 years. No problem. Very friendly people. Then September 27 they hire new employee, no life experience, very aggressive and big attitude. He take picture of our car and 14 year old girl. After this experience, I will never be going to this gas station anymore. What kind of people do they hire? Please be careful, especially when you have teenage girl!

I think your pump sensor/nozzle is broken. Please fix it, it is a fire hazard. I was at the pump closest to the store. The pump suddenly stopped so I assumed my tank is full. When i pulled out the pump, gas spilled all over my car. I was scared because it can be dangerous to start my car. The gas attendant helped me wipe off my car. But I think the spill also needs to be cleaned up as well. Also the pump is malfunctioning, I don't think you should let your customers use it.

Wow, rude guy on the phone on March 20th at 10: 30pm. I asked them about the gas price, and he said: LOOK ONLINE! And he hung up on me, as I was asking him another question! I called back, and he had such an attitude in his voice and talked over me. I just wanted to know "where" I can look online. Then he said he doesn't know. (ok if you don't know where, then why tell me to look online?) I told him that I checked on Gas Buddy and that it says it's 99 cents, and asked if that would be the most accurate website to look on? He said he can't confirm or deny. Fair enough, then why tell me to look online if it won't guarantee the price? He hung up on me as I was talking, and spoke with such an attitude the entire time. How about you hire people with better customer service skills. This is ridiculous! Very disappointed. Won't be returning to this location, and I'll be sure to tell others about this terrible location.

I wish I could give then a negative 3 star rating. I'm a regular here but from my interaction with the manager I feel pretty disrespected. I'm not going back ever again.
A while ago, I used their carwash and it didn't properly wash my car. I went in the let the management know and was hoping that they'll let me run my car through the car wash again. The manager was dismissive and told me that it was the same for all cars.

The car wash at this location is terrible. I spoke with Raj at the front desk (at first he refused to tell me his name) and said to him the car was out of soap and I was told that there were no complaints and that it was not his problem. I told him that I might be the first complaint, so he should hear me out. He told me it was not his problem again and that he cannot do anything. It was not until I told him I am a season pass holder and asked for his name that he helped me. Terrible customer service and assuming that the customer is wrong is a terrible way to do business.

Do NOT buy car wash card with them. The machine will stuck your car was in middle way of washing. If you ask the staff for help, they will charge you again.

Did you know there is only one entrance to this station?

Did you know the staff will refuse service if you drive up to the pump from the wrong end of the station?

Did you know you can only drive into the station from buswell st at night?

Well, I made the mistake of driving into the station from Granville Ave. Apparently I suppose to know that I can't drive in from Granville, where there is no sign to tell me so. Staff refused service because of it.

Stay away from this gas station.huge line up, not worth the wait.staff is rude, very disorganized, the guys outside do not treat you with respect.there is a super save 5 minutes away with cheaper gas. AVOID THIS ONE

Slow customer service. Expect to wait a long time to be helped. Constantly happens. Staff just stands around. Won't return.

Used the car wash and my car was still dirty. Went to talk to the manager and he sent an attendant to take a look. Attendant told me that I can just use a squeegee to clean off the remaining dirt and that my car was "clean enough" to not warrant another wash - cheap.
Don't bother coming here to use their "clean enough" car wash. I'm sure their gas is also just "good enough" as well.

So today I went to vacuum my car and after i inserted $2.50, the vacuum machine didn't work (machine was kind of broken, but its still workable, just no suction at all). I went to find the attendants, there's one guy called Andy helped me to fix the machine and he stood aside to assist me. While i was vacuuming my car, he asked if he can help me out to do it in a faster way (since the machine was counting down after i put the money in, and we wasted half of the time already). Andy is such a very helpful guy, even though the vacuum machine stopped before we finished cleaning up the car, he even asked me if his vacuuming was okay, and he tried to call the vacuum machine's company to extend the time for me (no one pick up though). I was very appreciate his service and tip him.
It was such a nice experience at this location; however, please fix the vacuum machines!
