The good things:

Easily accessible diesel pumps.

Very, very clean showers

Clean Store

A&W inside but closes early

Right of the highway, easy on easy off

Nice clean drivers room

The bad:

Shower curtain is only half the size of the shower so water gets everywhere

No hooks to hang your backpack, coat, etc. I guess you just toss it on the dirty floor.

2 washer 2 driers, but one washer was broken when i tried them, oh well it happens.

The diesel islands only had short handle squeegee. You need to climb up on your truck to get the windshield clean, very unsafe.

The counter staff, the East Indian woman, was rude. The Caucasian girl with the glasses was nice.

Parking lot fills up fast but that's isn't their fault, just keep it in mind. I would stop there again. Not the best I've seen but not the worst either. Wouldn't take much fixing to be a really nice shower area.

This location is disappointed I always fill gas in my truck and I’m getting free coffee but at night time two old men and women working here they didn’t provide me coffee. I’ll never fill gas from here. Owner have to look out the staff.

Thanks God it has a big enough space at least for super busy and we trucks for parking and turning around

Not a bad place to stop for a short break but would not stay over night in the truck as trucks are parked all over thr place and on the street

This cardlhas deteriorated since new management took over, multiple fuel island not working or broken, washroom cleaning really poor, smells fans not working, soap dispensers broken, noticed mop bucket water very dark for showers. This cardlock use to take pride in its quality now it's one of the bad ones unfortunately. Now they rent parking lot to storage cement building walls when parking for semis is at a premium.

The girl working the cash register was just lovely and so helpful. Showers were hot, with good pressure. As a female, I think internal locks on the shower rooms would make me just a little more comfortable than the current set up.

Be nice if a gas station as busy as this could change the windshield cleaners more often. Its -5 and they are half frozen and filthy.

Worst service ever it was -25 outside today i just find a spot to park my rig at the end of parking and walk in for shower with my petro superpass card.receptionist said to present my fuel receipt i said i have in my truck not with me this time she said no for give me a shower I already provided my superpass card
She want me to go outside in-25 to get my fuel receipt from my truck which is park at end of parking
Even last week i take a shower here nobody ask me for receipt

Showers aren’t cleaned like they use to be and not even a door handle on the shower door

One of the better petropasses don't restrict your stay to 4 hours. Such a stupid rule. Looking at you Chiliwack.

I was super disgusted. Tried bringing my daughter to use the bathroom (in the family bathroom), it was muddy, pee all over the toilet seat, poop on the seat, no tissue paper, just so unsanitary. With Covid-19 you would think they would keep up to sanitizing and cleaning.

$7 for travel sized shampoo! I understand your a business and profits but thats praying on your customers, some of us are out here for weeks and sure theres a bit of a mark up. 4 or 5 bucks for a 2 dollar miniature shampoo bottle is steep but understandable for convenience, $7 is pure greed
Use to buy fuel, food ect here, I'll take my business to flying j, chevron or husky

Good stop. Clean bathrooms. Always keep your doors locked though as there are usually homeless people begging in the parking lot.

Great Petro pass! Diesel pumps are fast. Friendly staff. There is an A&W there. Decent parking.

Lost some things they threw it away and wouldn't tell me where the paper with confidential information went, half the workers speak little to no English. Awful costumer service

Great facilities. Have stopped here a number of times during my stay in CA. Clean washrooms and friendly service. Wifi is also good. A&W next door. Serves its purpose with top marks.

Good petro pass to stop at, well maintained and good selection in store, big parking lot but can get full in a hurry, pumps can get busy at times and not much room for the entrance way, so if all the pumps are being used and you need to wait, you can just get the truck and trailer in so your not blocking the street. Just a heads up.

Friendly staff. Good collection of stuff Clean rest. Clean rest rooms. Quite place to stay overnight. Good collection of tea and cofee. Good work guys.
