Petro-Pass Truck Stop

Petro pass has very poor customer service. After fuelling handing over truck to my brother whose leaving to Alberta right away arrived there in car. Staff started argue to leave the yard even before he could get his lunch and stuff from the car. Petro pass has not the issue first time, at the time flooding disaster in 2020 petro pass Kamloops ask the drivers to leave the parking who were stuck due to highways closers. One of bad service ever seen.

Most unfriendly truck stop in Western Canada. Besides the unfriendly staff working at this location, there is never any Def pumps that are working, and parking is heavily monitored. Unless you're putting a note on your window saying that you're only stopping to have a shower, you'll have someone knocking on your door in no time asking you to move. I have given this location multiple chances. Today is my last. Sounds like somebody else needs my business more than they do

Such a bad customer … Manager “LISA” She does not know how to deal with their loyal customers. We (my drivers) fill up the gas from petro pass for almost $1500 everyday. She (LISA) said, she does not care if she will loose the business from me. By mistake One of their breakaway got broken by one of my driver. Manager she called me and said i have to pay them $420 for the damage. I apologized to her on behalf of my driver but she was not ready to listen. I even offered that I can send my tech to replace their breakaway but she was like NO. I found out from NEE the cost of the expensive breakaway is $165 but she is charging me $285 for 1 breakaway… amount of business I am giving them everyday they are easily making $200 out of the gas I fill up there … If this is gonna be her attitude, Soon Petro will loose alot of customers… I wanted to talk to the territory manager but she said I cannot. I guess if they are not gonna resolve my issue I have to close my account with Petro. This is the first ever unintentional mistake by my driver. Never thought stations like Petro canada, their staff will provide such a bad service.

Worst management I've ever witnessed. Treat truckers poorly and are always asking drivers to leave and not park long. If there's a parking shortage maybe there needs to be some work done in this area. Without us the economy crumpled.

Worst customer service ever never seen anything like that before old lady doesn't know how to talk they don't even deserve a star

They do have one gasoline pump if you ever find yourself nearby and running low on fuel with less than 5km of range remaining.

Few parking spots available, I didn’t ever take shower here but hope so I’ll be clean, very nice location with beautiful nature view

I have a very bad experience here. I advise u guys if someone stay in shower more than 20 minutes they threats for call the cobs. So make sure they give the excelent with the cobs.

Avoid by all means! Staff is rude, arrogant, unprofessional, useless, and…did i say they are extremely rude! I’ve done my due diligence and called Suncor with my complaint! These people with absolute zero social skills here should not be working with public period!

Excellent service in the store is the rule, not the exception. The folks here do a good job. The place is also clean, well stocked and given the current health situation, about as safe as they know how to make it.

People complaining about the parking or parking rules, are the same ones who block the fire lanes, exit lane and prevent other trucks from leaving the pumps when finished fuelling. I am glad when these types promise not to come back, because they are an annoyance to everyone else.

Fuel islands are stocked well, showers are clean, 3'x5' with a glass door, and also free for drivers.

This Petro-Pass has clean showers, small laundry facilities and adequate convenience store and for the most part friendly staff. As for parking it is lacking with approximately 6 spots. Good for a quick break but bad for anything more as the employees come out and kick you off the property if you are there for more then 4 hours due to low amount of parking.

I would rate higher but the Petro closes so early. 430 pm on Sunday 6 PM Saturday. This is where I fuel for my runs to Alberta and always have to make a second stop in Hope for a coffee or sandwich.

On 7th of June 2019 at 9.20am i pulled and parked in the overflow to go in and buy water. Little b***h comes out and tells me, "i need yoy in a parking spot. That's why we have them, so I need you in a parking spot. " Theres only 1 available spot amongst 6 trucks and she wants me to spend 10 mins trying to fit between them while executing an unneccessary and rather risky, needless procedure. And all for a 2min purchase. There were no trucks waiting, I wasn't in the way and we always park there. But no.it had to be her way. Whatever.you just lost a regular customer fueling thousands liters of diesel there a month.

Easy to get in and out of if people would not park in the way or trap there load in the middle of lanes

Petro Pass is garbage! Always issues with them. The one star doesn't even apply. Unless you're running on fumes, don't even fuel here. 4 hour limit for parking.ridiculous. Companies like this need us, we don't need them. Never fueling or parking at another one again.

Very convenient place if you got a company issued fleet gas card. Washrooms are always well maintained and staffs are always friendly.
