Horrible place. The staff are heartless. I have been going to pet smart to have my dog groomed there for years and I have a easy small shi zhu/toy poodle mix (I also get the same package luxury and everything since we all know everything and anything for our pet.) so first I get a groomer named (Em) which I just laughed about since is it a stage name or do you not have a full (first name at least) and then I get home since I wasn’t there where he was dropped off and I see first his nail wasn’t clipped (fine no problem at first) but then he doesn’t even smell like her normally does, teeth isn’t brushed his face isn’t cut round or clean and (not a big deal but I did pay for a bandana) also I noticed him shaking after and not being himself, next day I go back (today) and I finally meet this em lady and she is just so arrogant, no smile no customer service nothing. I tell her what my concern is and first thing she says (“oh I’ll get you a bandana”) my dog is shaking uncontrollably at this point inside the groomers. So long story short I strongly strongly don’t recommend this place. I will not be bringing either of my dogs here again

Took my cat for his first grooming appointment, and the lady cut his nails too short and then they ended up getting infected, my cat is in a lot of pain. The groomer also lied to me about how many nails she cut too short. It ended up being more than what she told me. Also when I dropped him off, I noticed that she didn’t clean the platform before putting my cat on it, after the dog before was finished, makes me think the tools were also not cleaned. When I went to pick him up from his appointment, he was In his kennel and she grabbed his paw and twisted it and lifted it up to show me and I could tell that hurt him even more. She was awful. I will never bring him back here for a grooming appt. Very disappointed.

Took our new rescue for a new bed and toys. Found everything we went for and enjoyed the buy 3 get 4 toys and saved $12 on the new comfortable bed.

Our pup Axl loves this place as much as we do! Their staff is helpful and friendly, especially Christine and Michelle who are often at the cash till. Many of their groomers are also really great at their job, Andrea is our all time favourite! Axl gets a lot of love here and looks great after each grooming. The only thing I would change would be to lower the prices a little. Comparable dog treats are cheaper at Walmart.

I have been bringing my dog for grooming at the Tsawwassen Petsmart since they opened. Barbara and her team always treat my dog so well and that makes my dog really excited to come in for a grooming appointment. Barbara always goes the extra mile and makes sure that Evie is well loved and that all Evie's grooming needs have been taken care of. This salon is always busy and books in advance for a reason - they do a great job. I am surprised by some of the negative reviews here. I have seen personally at times some pet owners come in with unrealistic expectations or requests. Thanks and a big shout out to Barbara and her team for the great care and service!

Shout out to Barb and her salon team for looking after my dog Luke. He went in for a bath, the new girl who was in training did a great job. Thank you for your great service and we will be back soon.

They groomed our persian cat exactly as per our requirements and gave us discount as promised from a previously noted transaction by themselves.

Wonderful pet store. Staff are knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Lots of quality products from name brands. Easy parking and a convenient location.

Was never told that if my fish died within two weeks I needed proof. Got two fish from them and in less than 2 weeks they both died. Went in to get a credit or two new fish and was told I needed proof that the fish died. Staff should be telling ppl this when they buy the fish. Won't be buying fish from here ever again.

Very friendly staff and clean facility. My dog was happy to go with the groomer, it was his first experience.
I was very disappointed with his haircut, it looked like he was shaved all over with the same setting. There wasn’t any attention paid to his breed or age. I know his hair will grow back but I was very disappointed!

It's my favourite PetSmart location! The staff have been super nice and helpful every time I visit with my dogs.

Love this location. The staff are all so kind, helpful and clearly animal people. My dogs adore the trainer, their groomers and the floor staff. Every trip to this Petsmart is a positive experience.: D

You get two stars for friendly employees, the ready is downhill. Selection of fish supplies such as conditioners and food not so much and those poor betta fish that are in containers as small as cups. I was heartbroken seeing that. I can't support a chain that treats fish like this

Great selection and prices, found everything we needed quickly and in stock. Staff was friendly too.

Staff are super friendly, BUT I am appalled by the state of their Beta fish. They were all looking sickly! Many of them had “clamped fin” from the poor water quality in their tiny plastic encampments. They need to change the water and treat them with “stress coat”, which they have in store.so sad.

First time EVER in a Pet Smart, and I must say I was impressed! The store was clean and tidy and a staff member actually approached and offered assistance. When I told them what I was looking for she wasn't exactly sure but radioed her Manager who came to me almost immediately and brought me to exactly what I was looking for and got me squared away lickity split! I also had occasion to use their washroom facilities and found them to be clean and tidy as well. OH! And BEST of all THEY DO NOT REQUIRE USELESS FACE MASKS that do you more harm than good! As a demographic who has more to spend now than ever in my life PetSmart will remain a store of choice instead of added to my Blacklist of stores who want to drive their customers away forever with their ridiculous useless mask policies. ALL those stores will NEVER get a cent of my business EVER again!

I can not believe they refused to grooming for my cat, just because he used to be a stray. I can pay for several hundreds for a kitten, but such a good thing for him to having a great home again before Winter. I choose pet smart because I come here often and the staff here are very friendly. Can’t believe the grooming center who without love can treat pets well during the Grooming process. Every life is EQUAL! Shame on you!

How did they even get this job?

Got a beta & aquarium deco and asked for extra water for the fish to aclimate easier in the new tank.the guy in the aquarium section said "NO, he will be fine". Gave some lame excuses that the fish is resilient. I got angry, as that shows how much he cared about the fish. (I turned around and left without the water). Anyway, other staff were friendly and the shop is clean.

Their staffs are knowledgeable and patient! I bought 2 Guinea pigs, cages, paper bedding and animal food there.

Great pet store. Has mostly everything you need. Unfortunately they didn’t have puppy grass patches. Had to go to Walmart. The great thing about this place is it also has a grooming facility that is reasonable priced.

Womens Handicapped Restroom has been unfixed for several months. As a physically disabled person on the larger side with a service dog this is a major issue.
