I'm always greeted with a smile and a kind hello! Super informative staff on all pets and products they always have a helpful hint or two to help me and Always a great conversation too! And the hours are great too! Parking is always close as I'm a senior so walking far is an issue.thks Pet Smart you are my favorite place to shop!

I do not recommend getting your dog groomed here at all. I asked to keep the hair on my toy poodles head long and I understand he had mats on the top of his head but they weren't that bad and he is so small you think instead of being lazy they would take the time to actually work through his mats on his head instead of cutting skin short all over his head and body.they were also rough with his ears as he yelps when I touch them and keeps rubbing them. I complained and the manager offered me nothing and was very rude. I will be taking my dog elsewhere after this horrible experience.

Went in looking for a bear bell. Didn't have any, but I did leave with a bloody costume for the puppy

Went to buy some lil fish buddies for the lonely glow fish at home the gal with the tattoos (who works there) knows alot about fishes and how to take care of them, listen to her, not your sister who thinks fish only need to be fed every three days or you'll be back at PetSmart buying more lil fish buddies

Shop there quite a bit but the elderly lady at the til has no people skills. Always seems grumpy. Could be the manager.

Took my dog to the Groomer there. Nail trim and a bath! She looked and smelt great! Will be back!

Wait 3 days for them to take something down from a shelf in the back being told each day someone will be in tomorrow. No thanks. They actively didnt want me to give them money.

This cat box is the bomb if you have more than one cat! It’s the extra large for 65? I have the large and it’s great!

I have gave Petsmart multiple chances, I have gone in 10+ times and never was acknowledged by an associate, this last time I went in for my dog to get groomed and left feeling stupid and overwhelmed with how the groomer talked to me. Seems like customer service does not exists in this store unfortunately.

Always have good sales and good brands of toys and food.
I usually get my dogs sweaters there and holiday treats a few days before the holidays when they go on markdown!

Super helpful and friendly staff. Quick service. Would love it if they would carry more canadian high quality dog kibble brands.

Their fish are hit and miss, definitely check out their tanks and fish. I have had good ones and bad ones, fish that I have had to return they put up a little bit of a issue, but have always been refunded. I recently bought a parakeet from them in October 2018, and she is super healthy and doing well. Their prices are great when there are sales. Their selection is somewhat on the slim side. They need a bigger selection for bird supplies.
