Excellent service. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Even they helped me to get an appointment with the trainer. I am taking my puppy there for training. So happy with their service and cleanliness

IF you like animals as pets. THIS may be the store for you!

I am getting a dog. They have SO many food options. Toys, friends. OMG, seems too good to be true.

Did i mention that we created a unique ID tag, for said dog?

So stoked to pay close to $150 for one of the MOST butchered, hatchet job, dog grooms I’ve ever seen in the 6 years of having my golden retriever.
He smells good, his tail looks even, and his feet look clean so there’s that.but his bum, ears, and underskirt are shameful. My 91 year old, shakey grandma could have done a better job.

Well, I go there when the cat food I need is not in stock at the Walmart. This stores prices are quite high and there is never many sales persons available. You have to search around for a long time to find anyone that’s willing to help. My main concern is the area where the cats are in the back of the store why are they kept in the dark all the time so that people don’t even notice them. Nobody is there tending to them and most of the time they don’t have beds it many times their food and water bowls are empty and their blanket or towel that they have to sleep on has fallen into the litter boxes and I have to tell somebody to come back there and fix it. If you can’t care for animals you shouldn’t have them in the store, I’m very upset

STAY AWAY. What a horrible experience, Sh*t service with idiotic staff. Brought my dog in for a groom bath and combing, with detangle service. Kept my dog for 4 hours, then call twice in the last hour to let me know she is really matted and have to shave the matted parts, shortly after call back and say they have to shave more of her due to it being unhealthy for her. We get there to a fully shaved dog, and she wasn’t even that matted when we dropped her off. They even shaved her eyelashes and tail. Places that he 0 mats. We didn’t agree to any of this. Not only that, they charged us way more than a normal haircut and added a dematting fee. Like what the F was that fee when you shaved my dog? So if someone where to come in and get their dog shaved they’d also pay that fee? Also why did it take them 4 hours to realize that she was this matted? Disgusting place. They didn’t even know the breed of my dog and asked if she shed. Which she didn’t. Stay Away at all costs

I buy most of our dogs food from this branch. I bought a Cesar food two months ago and it was bad and expired. I came to the store and selected 10 packages with same brand and gave them to the cashier and showed her the expiry date. She apologized and left the food in counter and said we need to remove them. Today is 22nd June 2023 and the food is still in their shelf. I gave it again to another cashier. I hope they didn’t sell the rest to others.

As someone who works in the pet industry it's really disappointing to see stuff like this. A leopard gecko and crested gecko without a single drop of water, multiple dirty water dishes and a canary with nails so long it can't perch correctly (this can lead to permanent deformities). The other birds all had long nails as well. I hope management sees this and speaks to staff as this is unacceptable.

I drove out specifically for aquarium plants and I arrived to the fish section with no one working there. No problem, I waited. After about 5 minutes I saw a call bell and pushed it for assistance. A sales Associate (Marty) sees me from across the store and yells something inaudible from the cashier section down to the fish section. I tell him I can’t hear him (keep in mind he’s also wearing a black mask). He walks about 6ft and yells out again. I tell him I really can’t hear him. He walks all the way down frustrated and says “now that I’ve walked all the way down here… no one is available to help right now. I’m at the front by myself, which is why I didn’t want to walk all the way down here, but it’s ok” I said “it is ok. How are you going to be frustrated with a customer for walking down here? ” He tells me the other sales associate is on a call and will come to help me in a few minutes. I continued to wait and no one came. I stood at the front of the store, before finally just leaving. Mind you when I walked in I wasn’t even greeted by him and he had zero customers at that time.

Not a great experience. When we called to make the appointment We explained that we had a husky and he was shedding really bad. We went with the furmerator package and the gentleman on the phone said that we could expect to have our dog there for 3 to 4 hours which we booked around my husband's mri appointment. When my husband dropped our dog off in the morning. The lady said he's be ready in an hour but we were on our way to the m r I appointment. We explained that the guy on the phone said 3-4 hours and we wouldn't be back to pick him up until noon. The store called twice in the three hours we were gone to pick the dog up. When we got there at 1230 the woman who had groomed Our dog explained that our dog didn't really like the vacuum or the air hose so she just shampooed him and brushed him. When he came out he was noticeably stressed and if it's at all possible he seemed like he had more hair on him than when we dropped him off. We tried to talk to her about it and she said there was nothing she could do because he didn't like the air. We brought him home and brushed him, see picture attached. In my opinion they didn't do anything. I could have taken him to bosley's and washed him myself and saved myself sixty dollars.super disappointed in the level of service we got.

Great staff. Very limited stock but they have a good stock of Royal Canin. I got a store brand dog bed and it wasn't great quality.

My dog is being groomed at this moment - I’ve been waiting 5 hours. If I had been notified of any significant delays prior to my appointment I would have rescheduled.

Staff was very helpful getting my animals on a better diet. Even let me return the cat food my darlings turned their nose up at! Apparently if there's more than 1/2 left, they allow returns

Very impressed with the range of services available here! From pet products to puppy training, grooming and more. The staff seem to be all fairly well trained, especially the groomers and the dog trainers. This is my new go to pet place!
