Like the store in general, however it seems that assortment of dog products has dropped compared with what it was few years ago.

We get buggos for our Bubbles (a beardie). Staff here (especially Michelle) are always pleasant!

The skinny female worker at the fish section looks like she hates her job. She needs better training on her customer service and how to talk to people with manners.

My elderly dog and I went to visit the Byrne Road store yesterday to get some supplies. However, at the checkout, my dog was completely ignored and didn't get a treat. That's not our usual experience. Usually staff are excited about every dog that comes into the store. The girl at the checkout didn't seem to be much of an animal person or happy in her job. Getting a treat at the checkout is the highlight of the in-store experience and my senior dog was super disappointed that she didn't get one. She knows the drill and was already getting ready to receive, only to be completely ignored. Not sure if this is standard practice now or if we were just unfortunate to be serviced by this grumpy girl, but it definitely makes me think about going to another pet store where my dog is made to feel special and does get the treatment and acknowledgment she deserves.

It Was excellent place. Loved this place 20 years. But not so good recently. Both Crews and items.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. I bought quite a lot, she helped to get a cart for me since it's a little big too much to carry with hands. I"m happy with the experience

My dog had little accident, he peed there when i was looking at aomething. Older lady, blond her saw it and rude way said i have to clean it. Of course i dont mind clean it but the way ahe said it. I apologized 3 times and she didnt even said ita ok it can happend - she just made a face.i find it very rude! So please next time get your customer service attitude together!

Very neat and organized store. You can say hi to birdies, kitties and other pets who are waiting to find a home. You can buy different brands of pet food and supplies.

We had our Bouvier in for grooming. She’s a big goofy bouncy dog and can be a challenge. Leah did a phenomenal job and we love the cut. We will be bringing our doggo back to this location every time.

Good collection of fish. Would have loved to buy bettas (which they didn’t have in their stock at that time), but will definitely go back.

Good inventory compared to other locations. Outside of busy hours and may have to wait for staff to unlock fridge/freezer for frozen food.

Good selection but the prices are really not very good. I can't justify 25% more or worse to shop there if the same item is at Walmart or somewhere else.

Its open late and usually has what you need. Prices are competitive. Most staff can answer your questions but not all. Some of the lizards are housed improperly.

The groomers here are great. Sarboni always does a fabulous job with our dog. Bridget runs a training course for dogs that is just outstanding and I cannot recommend her enough. Great location.

Really bad experience today. I asked politely to an employee if they could help me with some fish; their response was basically that if I couldn't see they were busy (with a big attitude). I'll never buy there again. Lesson learned.

Not having a good experience but will try and go back for another chance. I want to believe in this place but they make it hard.

Not super impressed. Won't do stock checks over the phone. Showed stock online, drove 25 minutes and showed showed up in store, no stock, staff was unapologetic

I went to buy a water filter for our aquarium. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The store was clean and well stocked. Overall a great experience

If you want to give your pet PREMIUM food, come to this place. Its expensive food but yr pet will benefit. No fillers or GMO. We buy TIKI CAT cat food here. Member discounts and incentives available.

I took my senior dog, Lily, to get groomed. She has only been professionally groomed once before when she was much younger. Her groomer and stylist, Harley, was lovely and took all of my requests to heart. When I picked Lily up she was stunning. She looked 10 years younger. You might say Harley did too good of a job because now when we go to the park all the young dogs can't stop following Lily around. She's too cute! Thank you Petsmart and Harley for doing such a great job in a clean and bright facility.

Grooming salon again.this time my dog didnt even took his bath. Why? Because his rabbis shot was expired and the salon receptionist didn't notice the red alert on the screen when she pulled my dog registry. Result: left work earlier, lost my time.gas.and no bath.definitely I'm done with PetSmart.

I had a bad experience last week at the grooming service with my dog. This time Julian was very rude and unprofessional. Not helpful at all! It was a total nightmare shopping in this store. Terrible customer service! I rather drive to a far location next time.

Employees are always friendly. The groomers are fantastic as well. They all take good care of my dog Lucky everytime I bring him for grooming!

I feel bad because I can’t remember what her name was but when I went there the girl working by the fish was literally the sweetest! You can tell she absolutely loves the animals living there and takes very good care of them.

Very clean and well organized store. The employees were excellent. As soon as the lineup started to grow, the employees opened up more tills so there was no waiting. The employees were extremely friendly, helpful, and efficient.

I always found what I want there. All staffs are friendly and knowledgeable. When on sale, they actually have the best deal in town. Don't know much about dog food, but fish food yeah for sure. My puffer only like a very specific dried food, which is the shrimp/catfish sticks, and only Petsmart carries that type of food.

I am very disappointed! I would never shop here again. I talked to a guy named " Gary" on his name tag. And he was so rude and said you have to wait. He couldn't even talk nicely! I saw him not even really busy before that. He was talking to another guy that also works there. And he was taking his time. The store was not clean at all. There was alot of dog pee in one of the aisle I told this guy he said okay and didnt do anything. I asked a woman named "Mary" on her name tag. I wanted recommendations for dog food. And her response to me was it's there! She couldnt even show me or explain what I wanted. And walked away! I Will never use this store again!

Took my dog here to get nails trimmed for the first time and I was very impressed with the grooming department inside. The ladies were very comforting when I let them take my Tony.

We took our puppy in for his first ever grooming and we were very nervous about whether he would have a good time. Our groomer, Kailee, absolutely knocked our socks off with how fantastic and comforting she was! She treated our puppy as her own and he had such a great time with her having a bath, getting his face and nails trimmed, having his ears cleaned, and having his paw pads shaved. She also went above and beyond our expectations and completely brushed away all his matted hair (he had a lot!) which we were also very nervous about. We will definitely be visiting Kailee again!

Very friendly staff, my dog was freaking out from the floor being slippery and the cashier was very nice to her and helping her calm down

Employees who demonstrate this kind of superior service are hard to come by. I thank you for your kindness and excellence in customer service!

Worst customer service ever. On top of that the iams puppy food had maggots on the bags and the top shelf was full. Upon trying to notify the staff they shrugged it off and were passing it onto other staff members. I even asked for a new bag from the back and they said they only have the few bags on the shelf. Avoid this location.

Great service. Me and my dog were very well attended by Stephanie. She is an excellent professional and very skilled.

Arrived at 8: 50pm and was told I had 4 minutes to shop. It's now 8: 54pm, the doors are locked and multiple people are being turned away.

If you're open until 9pm you should stay open until 9pm.

Very friendly, helpful staff! Harjit was especially helpful in getting enough crickets together for my bearded dragon, even though the tank was running low, which my pet will definitely appreciate!

The customer service has gone downhill so much. All the old staff is no longer there. I followed an employee aisle to aisle saying excuse me and he kept walking away. When I went to the till to ask the cashier my question she snapped and insisted I move my item forward.: - (it wasn't until I was super annoyed and no longer answering her she asked "if that's all" when I explained what happened she held onto my item and wanted to know my question I had to insist I was done and just wanted to go home and could I have my item now.ill try thr metrotown location from now on.

My experience was very good. Less than 2 minutes waiting in line. Harjit was knowledgeable and straight to the point. I told her my concerns for my cat food. She was very helpful. The staff at this store are very nice!

Terrible customer service. A newcomer mistakenly pressed the $10 donation button on the cc machine. In her best English, she apologized and asked for a refund, but the cashier was super rude even in front of her young child.

The manager was rude and obnoxious even though I spent over $300 period he would not give me a discount of $10 because one of his products was in the wrong place and it said it was $39.95 $10 more than that.

The girls on staff are very attentive! As soon as I walked in a customer service representative guided me to the thunder shirts and helped me pick out the perfect size for my baby girl Maltese "MILA"! I tried the thunder shirt on her and it fits perfectly! Also she calmed down a lot from how she was before! Mila would bark at every sound and go crazy whenever anyone came by. Now she only barks when someone is at the door and as soon as we answer the door and she settles back down again and sits quietly! I give her a treat when she behaves properly to help re-enforce a job well done!

Not quite impressed with no gloves no masks and all hands on every one of my items bare hands. Then having to go into the store for my scheduled curb side pickup? What? ! No.so disappointed.

I like PetSmart. They have good quality products for my cat. I buy cat food (kibble) and cat litter. Also a great place to adopt a cat. Shout-out @ Nikki @ AFA. Don't forget to donate a $1 or $2 at checkout. They only thing they don't have for cats is a good raw food section. Go to Tisol or other for that.

Good selection of items but certain brands can be out of stock for a while. Best to call ahead if you are looking for something specific.

The team here is amazing, all the staff are incredibly friendly, they’re always smiling, and go above and beyond to assist you. They’re also very knowledgeable and offer great advice.

It was Wookie freak out! One cat entered the grooming area ostensibly for claw trimming.instead, the "groom person" got severely slashed in both arms and had to decline the job. () Wookie is now at the local vet's, under anesthesia, turning a $20.00 expense into a $70.00 one, and expending a lot more time and hassle.

Good selection and usually good sale prices on somd items. Friendly and helpful staff. Big store, bright lighting.

The sales staff I delt with were engaging, friendly, and knowledgeable: A refreshing change from some of the other big box stores out there.

Andrea was amazing! She spent so much time and was very patient with finding the right harness for my dog.

She also put rubber nails on each paw and they look great. She was great with the cat aswell. Ghost seemed very comfortable.

Awesome place to shop for your pet so much to look at from toys, beds, treats, food ect. Customer service is always on point so I definitely recommend.

They were closing and I need something urgently and they looked after me despite the fact they stayed open for another 20 minutes and I was the only customer in the store. I really appreciate that type of extended service and did not expect it. I’m sure this is not a regular occurrence but I wanted to post a nice review reflecting the great service that I received.

I happened to do a walk in today just to get my dogs nails clipped and the front desk were super accommodating. I then asked about approx book ins for a wash and she said they could take him in right away! Dropped him off just after 2pm and got him back extra fresh just after 330! When I picked maverick up all the girls were saying such great things about him and maverick looks so nice and clean! We love going into the marine location, every person we come in contact with there is always so accompanying and friendly! Thanks to Harley for writing the cutest pawgress report card! We’ll see you guys soon!:)

Despite being a "big box" store, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The store is very well-stocked and arranged well. This is my "go-to" place for pet supplies.

Kailee is awesome with my dog Pickles! It usually takes more than 3 hours to just get Pickles bathed and haircut done (sometime Pickles struggled so much the haircut and hair dry could only be half done.)

Kailee did all the bathing, teeth brushing, haircut, and nail trimming in 2.5 hours which really surprised me!

I came in with no appointment and the store was extremely busy however I was well looked after by everybody and Barbara found time to check my little puppy in for a shampoo and haircut and Stephanie did an exceptional job making sure that my five-month-old puppy was looked after. I was very impressed and did not expect this type of exceptional extended service and was delighted to receive five star service which obviously deserves a five star review.

Everyone in this store is very friendly the Manager super nice guy very helpful when I switching my dog food to something more healthy really took his time with I think I asked too many Qs the girls in the grooming AWESOME my Dog has a crush on one of them it’s cute

Took day off to bring my pet for her grooming and ladies could not find me in their system. We have been coming here over 10yr and it is so sad the way they told us to leave and re book it.

Great PetSmart with fantastic service. I always go here for getting our dogs nails cut. Staff is very friendly and always eager to help.

The people are good. But it's a chain that can't be perfect.always new people that are always learning. Not much experience. But they try.

Everybody in the store is so welcoming and friendly and accommodating. I went there today and bought a pet stroller and were strongly about it. Our two little dogs absolutely love it and our kids also have huge smiles on their faces. We would like thank everyone for Creating a very happy family memory.

A decent store size with a varied selection. Products can be a bit scattered through their shelves and staff can be few and far between. 3 stars because of the fact that they contribute to local adoptions of animals.

This place is huge, you can find pretty much anything here for your pets. Staff is knowledgeable but service was kind of slow.

Would absolutely recommend their pet grooming services. Went in for a nail trim for my cat and to mention she is a feisty little one. Barbara and her team were patient and did an awesome job.
